Ich habe sehr oft dort ETH gekauft. Plötlich wollten die weitere Unterlagen (Account war schon vollständig verifiziert). Nach 10 Tagen sporatischen Email konnten Sie mir meine ETH nicht senden. Dann wollte ich das Geld zurück bezahlt haben, laut support dauert das 24 Stunden. Nun warte ich 3 Tage und laut dem live Chat gibt es ein technisches Problem. Einfach sehr sehr schlecht. Finger weg von diesem Anbieter !

I have bought ETH there very often. Suddenly, they requested additional documents (even though my account was already fully verified). After 10 days of sporadic email communication, they couldn't send me my ETH. Then, I requested a refund, and according to support, it should take 24 hours. Now, I've been waiting for 3 days, and according to the live chat, there is a technical problem. Just very, very bad. Stay away from this provider!
UPDATE: My refund are still not in my bankaccount!

Great Service
At first I had problems, that I accidentally created multiple accounts and that broke their TOS, and they blocked my account and never gave me my money. However their great support team helped me get my money and they enabled my account as well.
10/10 I would recommend to my friends & family.

Awesome processor
Its hard to believe but this app its awesome, it can exchange anything in everything. I was impressed how it can change small amount of money from payeer to another processors and even to bank account.

I was cheated, my alleged financial advisor Mr. Niels Weiß wanted more and more money. I transferred €1500 to get my payout. What happened there is fraud. How do I get my money now? I reported the case to the police. Caution, fraud

Cryptocurrency is sent to the wallet number that you specify when creating an application. The rules of our service state that for exchanges it is important to use your personal wallets, which you registered yourself and only you have access to.
Refund in this case is not possible, because from our side cryptocurrency is sent to your wallet number, which you specified. You can only sell the cryptocurrency back.
