Hello, I want to share my feedback about working with this service. Tried many and still settled on this. As for me, a decent exchanger with a good reputation, I have been using it for 2 months now. Bitcoins usually arrive within a few minutes. One of the smallest commissions. I also note the support: they always respond as quickly as possible and to the point. Thank you and good luck!

I got scammed.

I canceled my withdraw and you still withdrawed my money. I did not receive and money in my bank account. And I cannot see we're the money was withdrawn to. With who can I speak to to take care of this problem.

We cannot withdraw your funds because we do not provide storage services. In our service you can only buy cryptocurrency (exchange fiat money to cryptocurrency) or sell (exchange cryptocurrency to fiat money). So we don't understand what you're talking about. Please check the information you are writing about and also make sure we are connected to it in some way.
Your invoice was successfully processed on 08/02/23. In your profile in the section Transactions, you can open the invoice with all information about the exchange, as well as the hash of the transaction, which proves that the cryptocurrency was successfully sent from our side.
Where you sent the cryptocurrency next from your wallet, we can't comment.
We also haven't received any emails from you, please check who you contacted by email.
