scam exchange, support never answer. spred is huge

Update: as you can see from their reply, they just say "some unusual activity, blabla", nothing concrete and your money are gone.

BTCC is a scam - I was trading normally for about a year until one day my account was frozen with no explanation. The customer service only talks about volation of terms but nothing concrete. It's been 1.5 years my account is frozen with USDT 2500 on it. Don't use.

BTCC IS A GOOD EXCHANGE
I'M A NEWBIE IN THE INVESTMENT SPACE, I WAS HAVING ISSUES TO WITHDRAW MY EARNINGS FROM BITCI STACK ASSET PLATFORM AND, I CONTACTED THEIR SUPPORT AND THEY RECOMMENDED BTCC EXCHANGE, I RECEIVED MY EARNINGS SUCCESSFULLY IN MY BTCC WALLET

BTCC is one of the worst exchanges I have ever used. There is clear price manipulation on this platform. Every time I place a limit sell order, the price suddenly drops. When I place a market buy order, the price instantly jumps up.
The order book looks full, but most of it feels like fake liquidity. Orders do not get filled properly, spreads are unusually wide, and slippage is insane. Even small trades result in huge losses because the price moves against you instantly.
This platform feels designed to trap retail traders. It does not reflect real market prices compared to other major exchanges.
I strongly believe BTCC uses internal bots or artificial liquidity to manipulate price action. Trading here is extremely risky and unfair.
Not recommended. Stay away if you value your money

BTCC accepted my cryptocurrency deposit while spot trading, withdrawals, transfers to other exchanges, and swaps were all suspended.

There was no warning on the app or website. After the deposit, my assets were fully locked, with no ability to trade or withdraw.

During this period, the token price collapsed, causing financial loss. Trading was only re-enabled after the price had already dropped significantly.

Support repeatedly states that the case is “under review by the relevant department” and refuses to provide a formal position or resolution.

This is a custody and disclosure issue, not market volatility.

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the sudden and unexplained restriction placed on my BTCC account.



Your support team has vaguely cited "abnormal activity" and "malicious behavior" without presenting any clear or verifiable evidence, timestamps, or specific transactions. Such general and undocumented accusations are unacceptable, especially when they result in a full restriction of access and seizure of assets.



Therefore, I hereby demand the following within 48 hours:



A detailed legal explanation for the restriction of my account;



Full documentation and logs showing the alleged violations or abnormal activity;



A clear description of the appeal process and the internal review mechanism available to affected users.



If I do not receive a complete and satisfactory response within the given timeframe, I will consider your actions a breach of international consumer protection laws and financial transparency standards. This will result in the immediate escalation of the matter to relevant regulatory authorities, including but not limited to:

I dont really know why people put bad review for this broker! I used it, instant withdrawal with verified account!

I am writing this to warn other users about my recent experience with BTCC. After using the platform for about 3 weeks and completing around 50 trades—most of which were held for several hours—BTCC suddenly restricted my withdrawals.
They requested secondary verification (KYC/AML documents), and I fully cooperated by providing all the necessary materials. However, instead of restoring my access, they completely blocked my account, preventing me from even logging in.
Out of my total balance of $18,800, they only returned my initial deposit of $6,000 and confiscated the remaining $12,800, claiming it was "abnormal trading." This is a baseless accusation. I have already confirmed with a BTCC Business Development (BD) representative that my trading activities were legitimate and had no issues.
I have saved all evidence, including:
* Full trading history (proving positions were held for hours, not scalping/botting).
* Chat logs with customer support.
* Confirmation from their BD representative stating my trades were normal.
BTCC is arbitrarily seizing user profits without clear evidence. I demand the full restoration of my $12,800 profit immediately. If you value your funds, be extremely cautious with this exchange.

My Btcc.com account is temporarily closed and cannot be opened. I want my account to be reopened immediately. I have evidence in my possession and if it is not opened, I will disclose and complain everywhere. Those who will use Bttc should take steps accordingly.

Good liquidity during volatility, orders filled nicely even in fast moving moments

They blocked to me a transfer of 99 dollars for more than 2 days and I still waiting. Because the transfer is "under manual review". In 7 years never happen to me something like that. They are chiefs.

This trading platform is programmed to take your money in many different ways. When you open a trading position it charges you with a fee when you close the position charges you again with a closing fee. There is also a delay between the current price and the opening or close price seems that the algorithm is programmed to open with the highest price and close with the lowest so the profit is minimum but the platform keeps the fees and pay you less. And forget about the bonuses every time they give you bonus if you withdraw the bonuses will be lost is just to lure everyone to deposit money there.
Update: I gave 2 stars initially now changed it to 1 after learning that vouchers and bonuses are valid only to cover outrageous fees unless stated differently. So if you are trading make sure to subtract manually opening and closing fees because are not included in the displayed price. Is better to stay away from this platform

BTCC often delists perpetual contracts in days notice. This causes your positions to liquidate. Also they set settlement dates in perpetual ci tracts on days notice too. This causes another liquidation. Horrible lack of honesty and lawlessness. Basically thru perpetual contracts are not REAL!!!!

I Tested this site and BloFin to be the most corrupt and Fraudulent exchanges in the industry …..Coinbase and Kraken are right up there close as well . If you want to keep your assets DO NOT USE THESe EXCHANGES. I use them strictly for data and education and I can show you what’s obvious but you’re all mostly too full of hope and you think it’s your fault. These exchanges literally are using tech to steal your money directly. There is no factual volumes . It’s all fabricated and manipulated. Stay aware guys. These filthy pigs from China are stealing your money and you have no recourse . ZERO. At least here there is new tech out that is going after exchanges and who wants to wait for settlements ? 90% settle out of court and go right back to ripping people off again . Quit listing to you tubers unless there telling you to hold everything. Your odds are WAY better in Las Vegas. FACTS.

The entire reason I started using BTCC was because of their sign on bonus, free $10 when you sign up and pass KYC. So I did that and waited on my $10, and waited. Messaged support, AI chatbot with an e-mail form, so I e-mailed, and waited on a response, and e-mailed again. Opened tickets on the Discord, everything I could try to do to find out what I'm doing wrong.

Keep in mind this whole time I still had faith, I continued to work through their rewards program under the assumption that there's just a delay for me to get my rewards to keep me loyal or something but after a week there is absolutely 0 acknowledgment in the app that I have accrued any rewards, nor gained any benefits for trades.

The app may be pretty and functional but, their reward system which is what reeled me in, is a complete and total SCAM.

Its very easy to deposit money. But if you want your money or your cryptos back: Uuups!
You have a fully verified account, but now they want additional documents from you (ID/Visa-Combi-Fotos front and back, bank statement with a previous succesfull credit card transaction with BTCC).
They say, its for the security of my account! But I am still fully verified!!
They dont want to give me my money back the easy way! these are mafia methods!

Trading on this exchange is clearly rigged. 95% of trades will get liquidated. Nearly every trade made finds the liquidation or stop loss price and promptly moves significantly in the opposite direction after closing your postion.

I have tried many trading methods and margin amounts on this exchange with similar results. I have also noticed prices are frequently off from other exchanges. I do not recommend using this exchange.

Stay away from this company. They operate like a scam. I deposited funds with little trading knowledge, expecting guidance, but the broker they assigned offered almost none. Instead, he pressured me into risky trades that drained my account. Each time I lost money, they urged me to deposit more, promising profits that could not even be withdrawn unless I added additional funds. I fell into this trap three times, losing a total of 62,750 $ through lies and manipulation.

When I finally tried to withdraw the balance, they made it deliberately impossible. They demanded a copy of my bank statement, front and back photos of my debit card, my driver’s license, and even a selfie holding my ID with some more demands which to me is way overboard. None of these requirements were ever mentioned when I deposited. Depositing was instant, but withdrawal was blocked behind endless hoops designed to frustrate and trap me.

I knew they would never fix it on their own, so I reported my case to the OSC in Ontario, Canada but bad news, BTCC is not regulated here or in any of the provinces and more bad news , they are a front and no real trading happens, funds are being diverted and this was revealed after i started dispute as. I was advised by an official to go through a security firm. I turned to HBPF Holding, launched a legal dispute on Nov. 10, and with their guidance, all the full amount was retrieved. Without that intervention, this would have been a really bad one that could've left me with no savings.
