I am starting to see this exchange starting to do the same that I have seen with other exchanges like Weex. They are freezing accounts out of the blue with bs excuses. They froze my account today at 1am and I happened to be up and noticed that I could not transfer $45 that I had in my futures wallet to my regular wallet. I contacted their support team immediately and sent them the snap shot. Five minutes later I could not sell any position. The market started to dump and I could not take profits on my positions before they turned red because they had frozen the account. This is very suspicious behavior. To make matters worse, as I was chatting with their support team, the $45 that was in my futures wallet, which the system would not let me move, went down by half. I sent their customer rep the snapshot about the missing money. After an hour on the chat, she told me that she would send all the issues to her team and that they will update me via email. I told her that I needed them to unlock the account asap because my positions could liquidate if the market dumps and they would be solely responsible for reimbursing my money. There was no reason for freezing my account. I decided to look up the reviews on this site and saw that others were going through the same thing the last couple of days. I attached those reviews to the chat and they immediately unlocked my account and restored all my functions. This is very suspicious behavior by this exchange. I don't know why they would risk their reputation and the support of all affiliate YouTube influencers for freezing accounts and taking people's money. After FTX and Luna, the FBI crypto fraud team and DOJ takes this type of behavior very seriously. They can shut them down even if they are in Lithuania. Before all this happened, I had already been in contact with the FBI about the FTX/Luna situation. IF I see any more shady type behavior from their team on my account, I am calling my contact and having them look into this exchange. I am tired of getting played by exchanges.

On 04/17/2025 my trading was blocked, namely, I can only close positions, and I cannot open new ones. I traded futures, so I can only talk about them.

I am an honest trader, for several months, absolutely satisfied, I have been conducting simple trading on your exchange, which I am happy with, I do not understand at all what was found bad in my trading.
If necessary, I can provide my verification data, namely a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a driver's license, utility bills, a video with me or a live broadcast to prove that I am real.

Since I was banned from trading on 04/17/2025, I made a video of my personal account on your service, transaction history, history of deposits, write-offs, history of withdrawals and other evidence of the existence of my account.
04/18/2025, I was logged out of my account and I could not log in to it anymore.

In this regard, I ask you to either provide me with information about what I violated and under what regulations, or unblock the account and let me trade normally.

If this is really so, then you are engaged in crime and fraud. The regulator will revoke your license in the event of a trial.

Deposit eth, no issues.
Withdrawal fees depend on the coin, so read up before withdrawing. Overall pretty clear once you know the rules.

I unfortunately joined this trading platform and found it to be uneasy to use compared to the previous ones I've used like coinbase. Immediately after opening my account, I had to contact tech support to learn that my funds were placed in futures instead of my current trading account. I did not have full access to my funds. After being on a chat (unable to get a human) for hours to get the issues fixed, I realized this platform wasn't the or me. The bot or poorly trained person (Rosie)was only able to regurgitate forms that did not have anything to do with my issue. I wanted to withdraw the money I'd just deposited moments ago. It isn't allowed. You can only transfer crypto once you've deposited money into your account. I was forced to agree to a fee that started at 6% and grew to almost 17% by the time it was completed (and took DAYS!) This is a nickel and dime fee company with zero customer support. Please beware!

BTCC copy trading is a scam. All of the copy traders are AI, you are not really copying a real trader and you will lose all of your money. The support center is all AI. They only have about 10 responses. BTCC loses the trades on purpose so they can collect on more fees. Stay away from BTCC. ITS A SCAM

Trading futures and spot is great, the Customer service I would rate minus 5 if I could, total garbage, first time i contacted them they said they would escalete my enquiry and get back to me, they never did, they second time was to complain about a main copy trader who when I opened my trade would instanly close it and then re opened the same trade going the same way, LONG and then instanly closed that, never even authorized a second trade but was charged for both, BTCC customer service said read the terms, I am sure in there it does not say a main trader can close and reopen trades just to make more money from copiers, both trades were opened and closed in less than 30 seconds, customer service are full of bs, do not care and ignore the customer, go elsewhere if copy trading.

I've been using BTCC primarily for copy trading and the experience has been fantastic. Plenty of profitable lead traders to follow like Mason and Binssi. The interface is intuitive, letting you easily track and replicate succesful strategies. Crypto deposits are instant, withdrawals timely. Overall, highly recommended for beginners wanting to learn quickly.
