Everything was great until i hit the 15k contract mark. Then all of a sudden the contract purchased was a VIP contract that needed to be purchased 2 times to complete it. When I asked customer service they showed me a graphic of what they claimed, however they could not provide me with details except for crap they made up. The suspended my account. I asked if there were other contracts that required the person to by 2 contracts. They replied no. I also have a screen shot of every contract I purchased and my screen shot does not show the same graphic they provided me. My only conclusion is this site is not legit and is a scam. Coincidentally btcminer.net can no longer be reached.

I'm going to give my opinion regarding this cloud mining site. It's quite disappointing to see how they play with your capital. They gave me the first two profits, but conveniently, two contracts, after I wanted to withdraw part of my capital, had a clause requiring me to deposit more money before I could withdraw. It's disappointing because I spent my capital buying contracts, and now that I want to withdraw part of it, they won't let me because of two contracts that, as I mentioned, had a clause that wasn't stipulated in any of the other contracts. Now I'm lost because it was part of my capital, and now I can't recover it because they only give you 24 hours; otherwise, they fine you 10 times the contract value. It's playing with people, and I've learned from this experience not to trust these kinds of scams anymore. I know they'll report the message and threaten me with legal action, but I'd like them to try it to see if the appropriate authorities can expose this type of fraud.

scam. doesnt allow withdrawal. no real photos of actual mining operation. unwilling to provide txid of alleged "withdrawals". you can put money in but no money can be ever taken out.

Edit after reply: i asked for that infornation to your customer chat who refused to provide that.

Also you fail to adress request of documebtation of actual business operation (photos). Defamation? I presume youre concerned by bad reviews as your scam relies in trust of people putting money in they will never be able to withdraw. Company is registered at some random house in the Uk in the middle of nowhere. I also requested financial documentation p&l or really ANY financial documentation. The only thing i got was a certificate of incorporation (worthless).

I feel sorry for the people that hand you over their hard earned money.

Initial profits are paid, but when the time comes to withdraw the principal, it doesn't go through.

Another investment is required to release funds from the first. I'm not willing to risk that.

Their customer support said:

You have completed 1 contract (N US dollars) and need to complete 1 contract (a total of $N).

You can check your purchase history orders. You have breached the contract because you did not check it when you purchased it. You also need to purchase a contract account to restore to normal.

The system determines that you have defaulted and your account needs to be restored to normal before you can withdraw funds."
