Short on length fretwire
I was not disappointed with the service however I was frustrated with the item. The length of fret wire was just enough to fret 18 slots and I needed to fret a complete guitar of 20 frets(even this is a relatively low number) and therefore had to order a second length… 2 frets short! Very frustrating imho.
