As far as I am concerned, A final price avoids unpleasant surprises
I am very happy to have contacted you, you have the concern to do well and even not to hesitate
to offer a refund. We were able to exchange it is the most important and very commercial
. But that only concerns us (I hate social networks)

Great service and product.
Great service and product.
I was a little annoyed that the photographs of the product did not reflect the product I received but I guess you covered yourselves by indicating in writing the details of the item in stock. Poor form though in my opinion. If the items are black don’t show pictures of the item in silver and have in writing under the item that the ones in stock are black.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad you are pleased with the tuners. There is an image on the website that shows all finishes together but we will review the listing and make alterations where needed to make it clearer. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Bridge Doctor 1st Installation
BTN staff helpful, thoughtful. Great product. It has increased the volume and sustain while leaving the original sweet tone of my late 1970s made in Japan Hummingbird copy fully intact. Lovely.
