Great communication to let me know when the item was shipped and they gave me tips for set up when it arrived. The chair is high quality and the most comfortable work chair I have ever had.

There are many types of office chairs and dealers but BTOD had great video reviews of many chairs. They compared/reviewed which showed differences and good and bad things about the chairs.
They also have a great support that was very helpful in making a final purchase decision.

So listen up, I am NEVER one to be a Karen and write a long review trashing a company like this, but in this instance, I felt like it was my Moral Obligation because BTOD is a HORRENDOUS company!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The Quality of this $500 Eurotech Vera chair is TERRIBLE and their Business Practices are so Shady!!! I found out after I placed my order that BTOD just “Drop Ships” these chairs directly from the manufacturer, so there’s no quality control at all because BTOD never Touches or Even See’s the Chairs! They just get the order and then tell the manufacturer to ship them directly to the customer. Never trust a drop shipper! The chair is so cheaply made!!! I have scratches all the way around the frame (you can tell it’s from the poor manufacturing process), dings all over the chair, and then the arm rests wobble like crazy. They are so loose and sloppy. They are fully tightened down but they wiggle around so much. I’ve never seen such cheaply made armrests before!!! Plus the arm rest pads are as hard as concrete! I’ve reached out to customer service and they suggested that I ship it back to them, but they need the original box for me to ship it back in. But I threw that away the day that my chair came in. Oh and also when my chair did arrive, the box was all beat up and falling apart PLUS they didn’t ship me my headrest that I ordered. So I had to call customer service and they shipped me out a headrest. But the color of the headrest doesn’t even match the rest of the frame! And when I went to install it, one of the bolt holes for the headrest was filled in with plastic from the manufacturing process! Like I said, they have ZERO Quality Control Procedures because they Drop Ship the chairs!!! Then I’ve emailed them twice asking for other alternative ways to settle my grievances, like a partial refund or for them to come and pick up the chair without the original box, AND NOW THEY JUST STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME. Then I wrote TWO HONEST reviews about the chair in their website, AND THEY DELETED BOTH OF THEM. So they control their reviews and delete the bad ones to manipulate consumers into thinking that they are buying a good product, when instead it’s a cheaply made POS! It is a comfortable chair, but the quality is that of a $160-200 chair, NOT a $500 chair! Staples sells the “Ayalon” which is their carbon copy of the Eurotech Vera for $300. I went to Staples and sat in it after I got this chair, THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME. Literally EXACT. I even saw online that the Eurotech Headrests Fit in the Staples Ayalon because they are Carbon Copies and probably made in the same factory. If the price for the Eurotech Vera was $250-300 then maybe I wouldn’t be so upset, but for spending $500, I could have bought a Haworth or another name brand instead of this cheap Made in China garbage! I am still PISSED about this and their customer service has still yet to get back to me. I honestly believe that they blocked me. I’ve even tried emailing them from a separate email address and they still won’t get back to me. They are a VERY Shady and Unethical company who Manipulates their reviews to make themselves appear more favorable than they actually are. Extremely Shady! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!

EDIT: After reading their response, NO THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS AFTER TELLING THEM THAT I DONT HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOX. I didn’t decline the return! They stopped responding find to me! They sit there and try to manipulate these reviews to make themselves sound like they did nothing wrong!!! Don’t listen to them. I told them I didn’t have the original box and asked if there was another way to do the return, or another way to resolve this grievance. I sent 2 emails that were both unanswered. Still waiting for a response. Don’t let their responses to the reviews fool you. THEY SUCK!

My chair was delivered before the estimated arrival time and was like a brand new chair. Could not e happier with this purchase.

Very easy to shop online and the delivery of the chairs was quite fast.

I've bought chairs before on their recommendations and love them so I took a chance on their used Amia chair because the price was too good to pass up. Zero regrets. I am ruined now. I will never be able to go back to your standard run of the mill chairs. So comfortable, my office is my favorite room in my house now. I don't know if I can justify the retail price for some of these chairs, but for 20% of retail, it's a no brainer. Love these guys and will definitely will be buying from them again. Also check out their Youtube channel, that's how I found them in the first place and I genuinely think they are the best resource for chair reviews.

Chair wasn’t what I was looking for. However, for a refurbished chair it was in excellent condition. Additionally, customer service was very responsive and accommodating.

Very easy ordering process. Chair arrived perfectly and looks brand new. The Leap2 is already proving to be way better for my postural alignment.

Great experience, quick and fast

Great product. Shipped fast. FedEx delayed my delivery and totally destroyed my box. However not BTOD fault. The chair was packaged really good and everything was in there. The chair had no scratches and was in perfect condition despite it being delivered in half a box with chunks of cardboard gone. Kudos to BTOD and their shipping team.

Putting it together was harder than expected, as things didn't go as easy as what was shown on the instructions.

I bought from BTOD after researching ergonomic chairs. I decided on the Steelcase Amia mostly for its seat, since I like to sit cross-legged sometimes. BTOD offered the product at a great value, the website experience was easy, and the shipping was very fast. I received an email from my "personal customer service representative" (shout out to April) and while I did not end up needing the information in the email, it was pleasant and appreciated. Putting the chair together was easy and well guided and I am very pleased.

My chair wouldn't hold height upon arrival. I spent several hours trouble shooting and learned it's the cylinder.

I emailed them saying I followed their online videos and the chair still doesn't work. They made me go through it again. Not sure if they read my email fully or it's just protocol.

Terrible customer service, buy from somewhere else. The chair is good with ofc some minor imperfections. But that's if you get a working chair.

Got my first chair which was extremely squeaky when leaning back after going back and forth with support I had to go out and buy a DW-40 and a Long screwdriver, this didn't fix the issue, then went back and forth and they offered to send a replacement.

Waited for the replacement for the instructions and parts to be different, and sent me the wrong information, and have to wait longer for support.

Then to ship the old one back they require you to then buy a rubber mallet, and an 8inch pipe wrench (I live in an apartment I don't have these things) and even suggested that I just call my maintenance worker from my apartment complex to let me borrow these items? Like really? This is the support? spend more money just to get a broken replacement on a 100% guarantee that they have listed on their website

UPDATE:

Had to ask for a supervisor for any actual progress on getting the reimbursement, Jackie was helpful and provided me with answers and a faster solution. However, I am now happy with the chair I got and don't have any issues with it yet. This should have never happened in the first place.
