Bad salesmanship..
I finally got through to BT..
'sorry I was too generous in my grading.
BT and I contractually agreed on a monthly rate.
A week later I received a bill twice the contract price.
I paid the the contract price but BT went ahead and discontinued services and charged me a penalty £7.50 for late payment (now withdrawn)
I then asked BT to suspend services for 2 months since I am going to be away and that I will resume payments July.. they answered N0!
BT was in breach but I must pay for their breach and services I don't need for 2 months !!!
Switching.. BT says I pay a penalty for breaching a contract! plus adverse Credit record..
