Absolutely useless streaming app. I get constant buffering whilst all other apps (iPlayer, Disney +, Netflix, Prime etc) are fine including when streaming live sport. Often get the sound lagging by about 5secs behind the picture. Total unacceptable.

Putting Lucy Ward on the biggest game of the season was an insult to paying customers. She hasn't played remotely close to this level and isnt qualified no matter how desperately BT sport try and push their truly absurd political agenda of ticking boxes. The vast majority of viewers want to hear experts who have played at this level and have experience at the highest level. To put Lucy Ward on last night was an absolute disgrace and I will be cancelling my subscription at the end of the season. Everyone I know was equally furious (and I mean men and women, young and old, left wing or right wing). Everyone has had enough of the sports media pushing these absurd agendas that nobody wants. Enough is enough BT sports. If you continue to ignore your customers in order to push an absurd political agenda that you are too brainwashed to see how ridiculous it actually is then you will continue to lose thousands and thousands of customers and huge revenues. Appalling

Trying to watch Bt sport online, constantly crashing with video not available in my region. Funnily enough through Sky it's fine. A Total shambles, since we're moving soon i'll cancel the lot, it's one big p*** take.

Man City Vs Arsenal, biggest game of the season and the potential title decider, and BT force Lucy ‘yeah’ Absolutely’ Ward on us, a woman who has played at a level where the best teams in the world quite literally lose and concede 10+ goals to under 15 boys teams, it’s nothing but sheer contempt to their paying customers, rather pander to the critical theory Marxists tearing down the western world.

Same here sick of Lucy ward as a so called 'pundit' on men's football which is why I have cancelled my BT sport package and also cancelled sky sports for similar reasons. Wakey wakey get rid of all these females out of men's football.

Man City v. Bayern Munich. Champions League. BT forces us to have LUCY WARD to tick a box when WE'RE the one paying THEM for the privilege of watching a football match! Two years ago they bragged about forcing us- mostly men watching men's football- to have an all woman punditry for Int'l Women's Day because, well, as a big F- YOU to its paying customers. Woke is more important to them than just showing sports. I now watch for free online, starting tonight with Man U v. Seville.

Constantly buffering when there is nothing wrong with the internet. Other apps works perfectly fine I.E. Netflix, Disney Channel, YouTube, only have problems with BT loading and buffering. £30 a month for buffering. Joke.

Watching a huge champions league match and they put on a female commentator who has played nowhere near this level and is clearly only there to tick a box. BT sport have pushed their customers over the edge by using Lucy ward every single week. She hasn’t played remotely close to this level and is totally unqualified. She also talks far too much and has a horrible voice for commentary. Apparently being a woman means you don’t have to be qualified or good and you can take jobs off people who deserve them. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat your customers. A scroll through twitter shows a huge amount of their customers are fed up of having her on commentary but they continue blindly on, ignoring their customers, in order to push an absurd political agenda which most people don’t agree with. BT sport app is very bad. I'm watching just UFC and I'm very disappointed, when you watch it on smart TV then you can't chose fight you want to watch you need to move forward ⏩ in 4min intervals an 6h event and wish to be lucky that you will find it spoilers free. That's ofc only if player is working because he crash a lot or it's not working many hours after event.
Ps. Don't be silly this is issue for TV, smartphones, tablets and pcs so mmmultikill ☠️
Ps.2. If you think that support will help then let me tell you they will not. 1h in queue and they politely told me to go fck myself

The worst tv app there is. Constantly crashes, ufc events not always available or come long after. Recently completely missed the main event. If ufc events are on uk time you have to pay again through box office. If ufc 287 isn't available soon (was on last night) I'm cancelling cos it's getting ridiculous and that's despite recent price increase. Total crap

Another UFC event that has been destroyed by BT Sport app
Last week they cut off the main event, this week you can't watch any fights.
Called up and got asked to keep trying.
When I requested a refund was told they can't give everyone a refund, yet its fine to take our money for a service that's inadequate at best.
Also, looking at the review responses,they were are laughable, claiming to have a low crash rate which is a lie!
Unfortunately us UK ufc fans can only access it legally through BT.
They've got all the Ufc rights but don't seem bothered to improve the service because we have no choice but to put up with this diabolical service.
If this doesn't improve I will cancel my service and just try to catch the highlights elsewhere because I refuse to pay for a service you can't watch.

The channel is fine if you’re watching on sky but if you use the app on a smart tv/device it’s shocking. I use BT for the UFC, I get up on a Sunday morning early and you just get error codes. I complain get a credit then the next even same thing. From a company as big as Bt I expect to able to watch a replay!

BT Sport app is awful. Experiences of watching UFC the morning after events were live include: BT spoiling the result of fights in their thumbnails (even in their “spoiler free” section), BT cutting off the main event from the end of the stream, and streams often feeezing and the crashing (fibre broadband and brand new Samaung tablet). The better the UFC moves somewhere else - the better.

Great coverage of the recent All England Badminton Championships at Birmingham. Also enjoying other badminton tournaments which we haven’t seen before. Great camerawork and angles give you a good idea how fast and accurate the players are.

Looks like Im the exception to the rule here, Early days still, Im waiting for my BTsport box but looking at what I am getting via the app its looking very good indeed. plenty of variety. When the box arrives and I run off that, then I accept things may change. I will update this review as things develop. Box arrived and set up. I can now record several channels at the same time AND watch the BT sport channels. Happy days.

Once again unable to watch the game because the BT Sports App is falling over and won't launch the game. Often poor quality when loaded anyway. Constant freezing of Firestick but only impated by this BT Sports App?

If you're looking to join BT, be very wary as the customer service is shockingly bad when things go wrong. Oh and they really have got it wrong.

Poor product - Avoid

Cannot tell you how poor BT Sport is. The only reason to log in is for champions league, click, click, mis click and im locked out for 20 minutes and missing the first half with no option to fix. Time to leave.

You pay almost 30 pounds a month only for the videos not to even work, waste of money. Find another provider !!!! I have the fastest internet, and I have the best internet connection, i even use an ethernet cable, so definitely they are having issues with their demand exceeding supply.... Terrible !!!!!
