Do not use! Scam website, not official goods, there’s obvious a reason why you cannot leave reviews on their website!

Do not buy from this website!
Ordered ~$400USD worth of merc, 18 items in total. The shipping took 8 weeks to arrive. Out of 18 items ordered, 2 of them were correct. The rest were all wrong, not relating to the order at all, not even mentioned the quality of products were incredibly poor. Emailed customer service and got a response saying that the initial order cannot be fulfilled, so they replaced with what was shipped and offered a 20% refund. What a joke is this?! Do not order anything from this website. It is a total scam!

Scam! Do not buy from them. The worst experience ever! I wanted RM indigo bag and it was supposed to ship out around July 2023 never got it. Ask for a full refund in September ir October, they want me pay some fee.. why? Okay whatever sent my refund and it doesn't go through cuz my bank is blocking it and I should call them. I did call the bank and what do you know everything is fine! I told them and they say we will give you something else. Okay I want the lightstick. Okay we will send it out and I got a 5 dollar tote bag to the end. DO NOT BUY FOR THEM

False Merch. They are not selling real Merch. On top of that I made a purchase and had to cancel it and they partially gave me my money back. When I had asked for a full refund all they kept saying was “partial refund” with no explanation. Do not trust website. Mostly a scam.

Fake merch. I thought i was shopping at the US website but then i noticed it was charged from China. Tried to cancel the order right away but there was no option to do so. I got the items today and they were beyond fake. Beware!!

Bad fake item. I tot it was legit when I bought black pink merchandise. When I received it the quality was so bad and I spend tins of money on a fake item. Pls read review. Don’t make the same mistakes like me.

FAKE ITEM!!! Hi i got my items from this web, 1 Crop top, 1 sweater, and 1 light stick of Blackpink. Wait for 1 month, and what i got is BAD Quality of shirt and Light Stick. Fake Product from unofficial merchant. Will not recommend you to buy in here again. Waste money.

There should be a no star option because that is what I would give this shop. I purchased two items on 8/28 and received an email that they had shipped on 9/1. On 9/28 I emailed the shop’s customer service for status as Tracking indicated that the shipping company had not yet received the items from the shop. Customer Service told me to cancel the order via PayPal and reorder (????). This is not actually possible so I emailed them to explain that and asked for my order to actually be shipped. I heard nothing. On 10/9, I emailed again - this time asking for them to send me my order or refund. Customer Service responded back that I needed to file a dispute with Paypal (????) which I now have had to do. Worst customer service ever. Do not buy from this company - they have no ethics which is counter to everything that BTS is about.

Goods were okay, I was pleased with them, but this website will do absolutely anything in their power NOT to give you a refund - even down to suggesting I give the items that do not fit to friends for presents?!
If I'd wanted to buy friends BTS presents I would have done that, but I didn't want to as no-one else I know actually likes them!!

I would not recommend ordering from here unless you are absolutely 100% CERTAIN that the items you buy will fit or you will definitely want to keep... Otherwise STAY AWAY!

What they say about returns on their website is a lie, be warned!!!!

i bought permission to dance t-shirt there, and the quality is awful, the packaging is a piece of s**t. After I received it, I asked for a refund, and they denied it. it is not recommended to buy it from Btsshoponline site.

I thought this was a legit website in relation to true authentic BTS merch, as that's what they advertise. My mistake for not checking out ratings and reviews before shopping, but I guess I just got exited. I ordered 3 of the latest Map of The Soul ARMY Bombs. The site claims they are authentic and even have to authentication seal on the box to prove it. Here's the kicker, when I went to the PTD Las Vegas Concert, our ARMY Bombs wouldn't pair up and sync to concert mode. We ended up having to go the one of the pairing booths to check it out. That's when I found out from the actual creators of the true original ARMY Bombs that the 3 I had bought were a fake!!! Not only that, I was charged $120 per Bomb and they told me that a true ARMY Bomb shouldn't have cost that much. They cost $60. We had to make a 3 hour line at that point for merch at the stadium and even missed the first 3 songs of the concert because the line was so long. I had to buy 3 new ARMY Bombs there to be able to partake in the concert. Don't buy ARMY Bombs from here! They are double the price of the real ones and they are fake!!!
