Outstanding service and safety first

I recently purchased a BubbleBum booster seat in Denmark and noticed that the shoulder belt positioning clip was not included. I reached out directly to BubbleBum, and Deirdre from customer support responded quickly, kindly, and very professionally. Without hesitation, she arranged to send me the missing part – a small gesture that makes a huge difference for safety and peace of mind.

It’s rare to experience such excellent, personal customer service where child safety clearly comes first. I feel very confident using the product and truly impressed with the company’s attitude.

Highly recommend BubbleBum – both the product and their amazing support team (special thanks to Deirdre!).

Excellent product and excellent customer service

Bubblebum booster seat is an excellent solution to the 3 car seats in the back dilemma as it isn't as bulky as other booster seats. Easy to use and install. Excellent customer service from the team in Londonderry as the belt clip was missing and they sent one out to me immediately. Would definitely recommend.
