The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever encountered. This was a birthday present for my daughter and I ordered it 3 weeks in advance!
I contacted you to let you know my parcel hadn’t arrived after 2 weeks. You told me this was a Roy’s mails fault and I had to contact them myself. I contacted them like asked.
The Royal Mail were unable to deliver my parcel due to you putting the incorrect or incomplete address on the parcel and they had sent it back to the sender.
I then emailed you to let you know and attached the tracking number to show that the delivery message hasn’t changed in over 2 weeks as proof that I had not received it. To which I had a blunt response prooving they hadn’t read my emails or the tracking referred correctly as they said, it’s on its way to you!
I have since emailed twice to say that I still haven’t received it 3 weeks later than it was meant to be and you have ignored my emails. I want a full refund, including my postage and I will be spreading the word about how bad of a company you are

An error was made and when I reached out about it I rec'd a canned response with no real solution! I was not shown that it was my error. I can see all of the items I entered to personalize the book, except the bday. Which is wrong. I have used different companies to order such books for gifts and never had an issue. We had to correct it using stickers but it is not the same.

The book is very cute, there are few gramatical mistakes, but it's fine.
The only thing I didint like is that it came too late after father's day couse I order it 3 weeks earlier so it couldn't be a present I order it for.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, please do not use this company. Paid extra for fast delivery for Mother’s Day, came a week late. Support are awful, mostly robots with no human or phone number to talk to.
Finally got delivered a week late and the book was wrong. 3 weeks later and chasing daily but still no resolution. Absolutely terrible from start to finish, DO NOT USE!!!
