The product arrived later than the expected delivery date, which was quite disappointing. The customer service team was polite and tried to be helpful, but unfortunately that didn’t change the fact that the item did not arrive when it was supposed to. On top of that, the product itself has several flaws.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a book as a Father’s Day gift, and unfortunately it has still not been delivered.
The tracking information has been stuck on “in transit” for far too long, with no clear updates or estimated delivery date. I have contacted customer service, but I keep receiving the same vague response without any real solution or reassurance.
This delay has completely defeated the purpose of the purchase, as it was meant to be a special gift. Reliable delivery and transparent communication are essential, and sadly this company has not met those expectations.
I would not recommend ordering from this website unless they improve their shipping reliability and customer support.
