I found this brand in other Europe…
I found this brand in other Europe website and when I checked I found and in UK. That was awesome! I ordered couple pairs shoes for my daughter and my self, quality and price balance. My little don’t want to wear others only this shoe’s.

Feet friendly shoes
Shipping was fast and the fit was great! My 1 year old son actually enjoys putting his shoes on now. He constantly brings them to me to put on him even if it’s just to wear around the house. The shape is foot friendly and they go on so easily. Makes me feel way better being able to put comfortable shoes on him and not stuffing them into conventional shoes that squish his little toes together. Will definitely be getting more pairs as his foot grows bigger.

Qick delivery, great shoes but complicated return process
Shoes were shipped quickly and of great quality. They have a nice selection of barefoot shoes as well.
The only reason for taking away one of the stars is the return process. You get a free return label with your parcel but it is only covered if you keep at least one pair (so doesn't help if you need another size you have not ordered right away) if it fits the small parcel size (no way for you of knowing beforehand how the shoe boxes will line up together) and if you send it back within 3 days (a bit tricky to get children to properly try shoes in this timeframe in a busy life). All this is clearly stated on their webpage and I knew this beforehand but still find it slightly off putting. You also have to pay for the delivery fee if the value of the shoes you keep is lower than £59.
I would prefer a straight forward way of either paying set shipping or return fees instead of these complicated rules which most likely will mean you pay one or the other anyway.

Let us explain some things to hopefully shed some light on the issue.
Our aim for providing free returns is to offer our customers the chance to order multiple pairs, try them on, and only keep the ones that they love - essentially creating a shopping experience similar to a physical store. In the past, we offered unlimited free returns. Unfortunately, some individuals were abusing this by ordering multiple pairs, holding onto them and then returning all (most of them untouched). This caused us substantial losses, as we paid for delivery each time (twice per order) and also took up valuable time for packing and processing orders and refunds. It also meant that these items were not available for other customers to buy for an entire month.
While we aren't able to determine whether these customers were genuine or attempting to hurt our business, we felt the need to put certain limits in place to protect our business and ensure we can continue to offer our services in the future. Currently, our free-returns policy has two simple rules - keep at least one item from your order and send your return within three days. In exchange for your cooperation in helping us process returns quickly and efficiently, we will gladly cover the cost of the return delivery.
In addition, we'd like to correct some misconceptions: your return parcel doesn't have to fit the small parcel size. We accept returns in all sizes (and they are free if the two rules above are met). Perhaps this was a misunderstanding from our previous return process where we required parcel size information to provide the appropriate return label. Now, we simply include a generic return label in every package and the parcel size is nothing to worry about.
We are really sorry if you find our return policy inconvenient. It seems to work well for most of our customers, and we don't plan to make changes in the near future. If you choose to order from us again, please feel free to contact us. We'd be more than happy to discuss your preferences and find a solution that works for you, even if it means opting out of some of our free benefits.

This is the first pair of barefoot…
This is the first pair of barefoot shoes I bought for my son. It looks very stylish. The materials are high quality, leather is very soft and soles are very flexible. Will see over the time how durable it is but I’m happy so far!
