DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND EFFORTS purchasing items from this company Bubledon. I ordered shoes worth $171 back on January 2022. the shoes came in extremely big! I sent all the shoes back the next day. Paid for the box, shipping fee and all. As MONTHS and MONTHS went on, turned to YEARS! I have NOT received any credit! Bubledon emailed me stating that the refund was issued back to me on August 25th, and then the VERY NEXT DAY.. Bubledon emailed me stating that the refund was issued on October 18th! After this, Bubledon asked me for my Paypal account then my credit/debit card, then STATE " we will TRY to see if our finance department can refund" (the key word is TRY meaning I might not receive my $171 hard earned, hard worked money back!), Its been almost an entire year of me going back and forth with Bubledon to receive my refund. Customer service sucks ass and the phone number listed is an ILLEGAL phone number that doesn't even ring!

So there has been no way to get a refund. Our customer service has contacted you again to process the refund, could you please check your email and reply to us asap? Sorry again for it and thanks for your understanding.

Unbelivable

I started to write about my experience but it's not worth the effort. I will just chop it up as cheap mistake on my part, I never got a comfirmation email from my order that meant no order number, it took three weeks to get the order." DON'T ask for a refund" NOooooo!!! I was asked maybe someelse i know could use them. Cheap company, Cheap product. Good riddens.

Some nice clothes, bad customer service

They have some really nice clothes and some that are cheaply made. I made two seperate purchases and let them know I wanted to return some items. Both times I was asked why, is there someone I could give them, and to list out all of the items. This was just for them to try to get me to not return the items. The have to send an RMA form where you again have to select each item and put the reason why you want to reutn it. They make you waste your time on rutrns.

I placed two more orders because I liked the clothes but they said that I had to PROMISE to not return more than 50% of the items. I said that I would not promise that since some of the clothes are cheaply made. They canceled my orders and now I cannot use my points on their website since they won't allow me to shop if I don't PROMISE to not make as many returns. Horrible customer service.

Requested a refund for order CSAM2522…

Requested a refund for order CSAM2522 back in march for an item never received. It is now august and still no refund. They say they need 120 days but it’s been more than that. Very poor experience and they make it worse. They advised on July 28th I would have my money & now they stating the end of august which makes 5 months of me waiting on 33 bucks. I’m forwarding our emails to my attorney for review for litigation

Would shop here again

Shipping time was reasonable, price was affordable and the items I got were of a great quality. I measured myself before buying a button up shirt dress and as a curvy woman, those types of dresses usually do not fit well. This dress fit like a glove and I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Terrible - refund never received

Terrible! I ordered twice from Bubledon and both times, I had to return a part of the order due to the clothes being too big. Well, it's been well over a MONTH since I returned the clothes. Tracking shows that the the package was "Delivered to Agent".

But where's my refund?? After emailing customer service, I get the default response "We will issue a refund to you once our warehouse gets your package." What is taking so long when the package says delivered on USPS? It seems like the company just doesn't want to refund me.

order #CSAM2863 and #CSAM3886. I have been waiting for over a month for my refund of $100+! This is outrageous.

Easy Shopping but shipping took way too long

The process was very easy and straightforward. It was as professional as can be. I got confirmation emails and when it was shipped as well, but it just took soooo long for me to get the product I thought I was robbed. It took about a month to ship, and then about 10 days to arrive from there. They should atleast give another email saying they're working on it or something to reassure the product is coming. Otherwise it was fine. I didn't use customer service so I can't say anything about that part.

For four years I had searched for ankle…

For four years I had searched for ankle boots of this colour (lavender) and every year I would find a pair sold by one company or other and ordered them and every year I was sent a refund. When I saw Ur boots I was very skeptical but I ordered them anyway with all my digits crossed. Imagine the pure joy and surprise when they actually arrived in such short time no less! They are gorgeous and literally my dream came true. Everyone who saw them admires them and give me compliments. I am actually planning to order more pairs of ankle boots from U, Thank U so very much.
