Nice product, arrived on time. I first saw Buchymix product being advertised by May Yul Edochie in all her social media platform and i can say she is a very good influencer. Replacement for Hopper and Auger were sent immediately.
I recently had an issue with my juicer where the auger and hopper became clogged during use. It was a bit frustrating at first, especially since I rely on it regularly. However, I reached out to customer service, and LILLIAN handled the situation really well.
She responded promptly and quickly by email me back and giving me a call. The new auger and hopper arrived, everything worked as expected again. Quality customer service rendered.

A good buy and excellent customer service. I ordered for two products and got it to be delivered the second day but the delivery company delivered it somewhere else. I contacted the Buchymix customer service and they got it sorted promptly. Now I am enjoying easy life with the food processor and blender. Still eager to purchase more products from the company.

From Frustration to Resolution: A Mixed Experience with Buchymix
I purchased a Buchymix food processor (Model BF50) in October 2025 under Order No: B9029X.
Less than a year later, it stopped working under normal kitchen use.
No misuse.
No abuse.
Just failure.
At first, this raised serious concerns about:
• Product durability
• Quality control
• After-sales support
My initial attempts to contact the company via:
• Email
• Website support
• WhatsApp
Got no response.
That experience was frustrating and unacceptable for a home appliance brand.
However, things changed after I was contacted by Lilian in the UK.
She personally:
• Took ownership of the issue
• Stayed in touch throughout the process
• Arranged a replacement
• Followed up until the new unit was delivered
The replacement was handled quickly and professionally.
Thanks to Lilian’s effort, the problem was resolved properly.
This experience shows:
• The product failure was disappointing
• But individual customer care can make a real difference
Without her intervention, this would have remained an unresolved case.
Customer service shouldn’t rely on luck but when it works, it should look like this.

Following my previous review on poor customer service, I would like to say that I am glad that my issue has been resolved and I now have a fully functional processor that works as intended. The support I received was amazing. My faulty processor was replaced with a new one and the agent was very nice and polite. She followed up to check my new replacement was working as intended and I was happy with the replacement. I have used the processor and must say it did not disappoint. I am loving every bit of it and hope to aquire more from their range.

This is terrible customer service. I received this blender and it arrived broken. I’ve been trying to speak to someone for three days with no response.
I want a replacement immediately. You seriously need to work on your customer service.

Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor, they don’t respond to emails or messages. My juicer arrived tampered. I called and there was no response. I messaged and emailed. NO RESPONSE. they hype for Buchymix is overrated.
Worse Company
Do not buy from them. Customer service is 0. They dont reply to emails. I bought an oven , I got an email with tracking its been dispatched. Tracking says it hasn't been brought for shipping. I contacted dpd and was told seller only created shipping label, that item is yet to be brought to them. Buchymix lied. They refused to reply to four emails I sent to them. Avoid them like plagues.
Very terrible product and worse customer service
We bought the juicer in April and by November the main component of the juicer refused to detach from it, we reached out to them for help or replacement, they wont respond to your email or WhatsApp messages. We wrote a review on their page and they refused to publish it. This company is a scam.
Buchymix juicer is not durable and not worth your money.
This is the worst company I have ever known. I bought their so called Juicer. The hooper part broke down in exactly two weeks of use. I ordered the part, they said it will take 2-7 days to get this order. It’s more than 1 month. I am yet to receive the part.
The public needs to be warned. This company is rubbish. Customer service is rubbish. I have a Green Star juicer. I bought it 20 years ago. It is durable.
Buchymix is a useless machine. If you need a juicer, avoid the temptation of buying Buchymix. I thought it was a good Self feeding equipment. But now I know it’s a waste of money.
If theirs is -100 star
If theirs is -100 star, that’s what I would put there , customer service is extremely poor . After buying a blender and cup was faulty , reach out to them and communication took weeks before I was told that am not qualified for a part even though I still have about 2months left
before it’s 3years . I accepted and made an order , it’s more than 1 week now , haven’t still received my order , I was told to send the maker of the blender which I did multiple times , yesterday I got confused and let them know I have made an order and paid for it since I was told I didn’t qualify , am still yet to receive my order
Manipulative marketing scam
I recently attempted to use the promotional code THANKYOU25, which offers a 25% discount. However, during checkout, the system automatically applies a lower-value "anniversary" discount (in my case, £4 off a juicer), and blocks customers from removing it to use the better THANKYOU25 code instead.
This is not only misleading but deliberately engineered to prevent customers from benefiting from the full promotion.
Despite reaching out to customer service to report this issue, and despite them acknowledging the problem, I was surprised and disappointed when they refused to refund the difference or honour the full 25% discount.
If the THANKYOU25 code is not intended to be used, or is effectively disabled by backend restrictions, then it should not be promoted on the site. Doing so is deceptive, damages trust, and gives the impression of a bait-and-switch tactic — something no reputable brand should engage in.
At the very least, customers should be able to choose which discount to apply, especially when one clearly offers a better deal. To advertise a 25% discount and then override it with a lesser value without giving users control is both unethical and poor customer service.
