Glitch in the matrix
I'll just start by saying I've previously used company a few times without any problems however, on this occasion, took two phone calls to rectify a problem with my order which - as it transpired - was a fault with their system and not with my debit card.
It does look like the problem has now been rectified as I've since received my order which I am delighted with.
It hasn't put me off ordering again and look on it as a glitch in the matrix.

Good, reliable, prompt service
My experience of Buckingham Covers over the last 2 years has been entirely positive. Helpful, friendly staff - good to be able talk to real people - and my stamps/covers always arrive beautifully packaged. On the odd occasion when there's been a hitch with an order, the problem has been sorted quickly and courteously.
