The worst experience that I had

The security screening was conducted in a chaotic, inconsistent, and frankly unreasonable manner.

The requirement to remove our shoes seemed entirely arbitrary, especially considering that passengers both before and after us were not subjected to the same check.

Even more unacceptable was being forced to discard products worth more than 100 euros due to a rigid and illogical interpretation of the 1-liter liquids rule. While passengers are given a 1-liter plastic bag, this rule ignores the obvious fact that liquids are transported in sealed, individual containers. Because of their packaging, it is impossible to actually fit a full liter of compliant liquids into the bag.

All items were clearly under the 100 ml limit and fully compliant with the stated regulations. Despite this, they were still confiscated, resulting in unnecessary waste and financial loss.

Such an approach demonstrates poor judgment, lack of consistency, and a complete disregard for passengers’ reasonable expectations.

Rubish

If u fly from or arrive to ,it is rubbish a bit .Not clear directions and not enough chairs ,people waiting to get through the gates ,and thay have sitting on the floor .If that will take hours ,u can imagine how tiring that will be .Workers walking around u ,and looking at u like ur a dirt and how dear u be in their way .Very humiliating and frankly, not cheap .The planes are very uncomfortable, very thight chair and if u fly more than an hour and u would like to sleep u wont be able to .Very unpleasant. And paying extra if u want to sit with ur family that is literally the most disgusting thing i ever seen .

Uncaring and uncompassionate staff

Missed my flight to London with my family of 5. Admittedly, it was my fault because I was waiting at the wrong gate. I got to the right gate 10 minutes before departure time but the gate was already closed. I pleaded with the gate personnel, but all they did was make sure that the gate was really closed, no initiative. They showed no empathy, grace, or compassion. They did make sure we knew it was our fault and lectured us on how things work around there.

To Budapest Airport: the announcements can't be heard in Terminal B. The gate personnel says they called us 5 times, none of us heard our names being called.

6+ hour delay with no information

6 hour delay with no information. Supposed to en a 7:15pm departure. Display board at BUD contradicted information we received by Wizz Air on website. Never any SMS update from Wizz Air. At 9pm we received a $6 voucher for food - hahaha....$6 for an airpot meal? lol.
All the shops and food services close at 8:30pm so getting this coupon after the services are all shut was a joke. You buy cheap, you get cheap.
Finally plane departed close to 1:00am with no support from Wizz Air and no communications after the flight.
Why doesn't the airport service remain open until at least 10pm each night as there are so many later evening flights. We are encouraged to check in 3 hours early which means I spent 9 hours at that airport. Ridiculous. No airport services available. I wish I could include a photo of how busy the airport departure waiting areas were - thousand smog people with no where to go, nothing to buy, not even. coffee or bottled water. I felt sorry for the parents and all the small children laying all over the floors.
