I ordered a dress over 6 weeks ago. It still has not arrived. There was no indication of long delivery times when I ordered it. I have tried to chase my order numerous times and no one has got back to me. Recently I posted a poor review on here and they did respond, so I emailed them as instructed in their response and they still haven't responded. Order No 35260. Placed 4th June.

Placed an order with them on the 22nd of June, it's still not arrived. I emailed them about it and asked for a refund. They didn't reply to my first two emails. When they replied to the third, was just given a tracking line which told me nothing! Wouldn't recommend risking buying from this company

Avoid this company.

My experience with Buddha Stones has been, without question, one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I deliberately ordered two sizes larger than my normal size because the website stated that this style runs small. I am normally an Australian size 10, yet the pants I received, which were advertised as an Australian size 14 (2XL), were still nowhere near the advertised size.

The company advertises easy, hassle-free returns if an item doesn’t fit. That has not been my experience. Instead of honouring what is advertised, I have spent weeks sending multiple photographs and measurements, only to be repeatedly asked to provide the same type of evidence again and again. Each response has taken one to two days, dragging out what should have been a simple refund request.

Despite fully cooperating with every request, I still have not been offered a refund or a meaningful resolution. As a customer, I feel as though I have been led through an exhausting process rather than having my legitimate concerns addressed.

What concerns me even more is that the exact product I purchased has now disappeared from the company’s website. I have asked for an explanation, but at the time of writing this review, I have not received one. I find this extremely concerning given the issues I have experienced with the product.

The customer service has been incredibly disappointing. I have felt ignored, dismissed, and left to fight for what should have been a straightforward return under the policy advertised on the website.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Buddha Stones. If you receive an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t as advertised, be prepared for a lengthy, frustrating process rather than the hassle-free returns that are promised.

I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before spending their money.

I like all the good stuff Buddhastoneshop sells; love my bracelets, it was difficult to choose from the huge sortiments they offer, also bought pants and shirts 100% organic material, nice shape, however ordered Large and now we, working on their replacement for Medium. The customer service department a great deal of responsiveness and kindness, much appreciated. All in all I'm happy and thankful for them.

The return process is guaranteed to keep you from sending a return as you have to do tracked international shipping to China which is very expensive, not to mention time-consuming. It does say this on their website, but if you hadn't read every word on the website and assumed a more regular return process, it is annoying. I decided to just eat the price of my order because I don't have the time to go and waste and hour in the post office and pay $50 to return a $75 order.

While I liked the quality of the pants I ordered, they were nowhere even close to the correct size in fact were labeled 2XL but were barely able to fit an XS Plus, I never ordered a 2XL in the first place
They would only consider giving me a refund IF I paid to return them to China! They kept arguing with me about the sizing Absolutely inexcusable customer service I would never ever order from this company again

The delivery was listed at 6-10 days, but took a month to get to UK and the the courier list the package. Currently trying to get a refund.

The fabric is scratchy. To return: no refund on shipping/tax from china (about $20) and you must pay return shipping/tax. For a $60 order I would get about $20 back- not worth it.

Chinese store with a UK web address meaning long shipping and poor quality. The trousers are wearable but I was specifically after cotton and there's no fabric labels on the trousers and the quality of stitching is terrible. Definitely sweatshop type stuff! I'm normally pretty good at spotting this Chinese stuff but I didn't double check reviews so I hope others will. I note their go to response is they can't find the customer when they leave a bad review.

My order didn’t even get delivered. I had to chase for weeks as no one replies. After 13 emails I got a refund. Waste of time! Hated the experience. Never again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Tashi!
I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from BuddhaStoneShop truly deserves recognition.
Unfortunately, my parcel was delivered to the wrong address by GOFO Nederland and was subsequently lost. Despite the mistake being on the delivery side, GOFO took no responsibility and made no real effort to help resolve the situation. As a customer, that was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
Thankfully, the team at BuddhaStoneShop stepped in. A very special thank you to Tashi for going above and beyond to help me. From the very beginning, Tashi was kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. Instead of leaving me to deal with the problem alone, Tashi took ownership of the situation and made sure everything was resolved.
Because of Tashi's outstanding support, I can now finally enjoy wearing my beautiful new bracelet, and I couldn't be happier.

My order Number is :Order No. #UKBS89888 It remains to be seen what experience I have. I ordered because the webpage said it was a company in the UK . They charged me under £3 postage so why wouldn't I think they were in the UK? Then I did a bit of research, read the dreadful reviews and cancelled within ONE HOUR of purchase. I haven't heard anything yet despite e-mailing/ sending a message in messenger and filling in their online form . I feel scammed. They said on the webpage EASY RETURNS it's hardly easy is it if you have to send to HONG KONG and even then it sounds like the company wont refund. Hopefully I will hear in the morning that I have a full refund, after all how can a company that identified as 'spiritual' be ripping people off/scamming?

Really good quality garments. Return policy and communication is also great. Sizing was perfect.

I bought a pair of harem pants for my son.
They were a poor quality material and I asked to return them and have a refund. The emailing back and forth went on too long. In the end they said I needed to send them to China and pay any customs. I am very disappointed and think that you shouldn't be selling clothing in this country if there is no easy return or refund. My advise is stay well away.

This company is a complete joke. My purchase was sent to the wrong address by default and now I'm having conversations between the postal service and the seller referring my request to the opposite party leaving me without product or refund. This is a scam DO NOT TRUST ! There is not photographic evidence, no one to actually talk to and if you send dozens of emails they all cancel out to the last one sent by which time you are beyond frustrated & furious 😡

Terrible untrustworthy company. Claimed multiple times that I don’t have a correct address, asked for gps coordinates multiple times, charged $9 for “undelivered “ items. After numerous emails back and forth (my time wasted) I asked for a refund on the items I never received. They have yet to refund and stated they just deduct $12 for the inability to deliver. Avoid them at all costs!

Order went well but having trouble returning/exchanging for a different size. The process is confusing

I had a great experience with Buddha Stone, love my copper magnets bracelets, good quality, beautiful designs, great packaging, on time, etc.
