PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING AGENT

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING AGENT. They are liars, thieves and are unable to change a flight. Blaming the Airlines for their own inadequate abilities. Three flights were booked then changed at an extra cost of $3,334, only to be told later the changes were not accepted. And we were told the only way to rebook was to cancel the original flights and lose $7,700. Robbers and thieves. Also, we have been assure a manager or supervisor would call on three occasions, and they never called once.

When the change could not be completed, the modification payment of AUD 3,334 was immediately refunded to your account, and alternative rebooking options were offered. The decision to cancel the original flights completely was a voluntary choice from your end, which was processed transparently in accordance with the standard ticket terms and conditions.

You took money for a changed request…

You provided a quote, accepted payment, and then failed to process the requested change. Despite initially blaming the airline, the airline has confirmed that your company did not submit or process the request. I paid for a service that was never delivered, and your actions have caused me financial loss. I consider this an unacceptable failure to provide the service for which I paid.

Name spelt incorrectly

I had my Christian name spelt incorrectly by BudgetAir on flight tickets and was charged $359 to have it spelt correctly or couldn’t fly. After much back and forward over months they have reimbursed me finally and I was asked to provide a review stating this . I won’t be using them again and advise everyone to screen shot every stage of the booking process if you do but the costs were reimbursed in the end with review provided as agreed.

On the e ticket it days no luggage included and I paid extra for carry on 12 kg

You don't have anybody to talk to it is…

You don't have anybody to talk to it is all AI which does not help at all, I can't make my flight and I have been trying since I booked it to talk to someone and have had no Joy at all, I took out cancellation insurance which is not worth the paper it is written on, I am obviously going to loose my money from my flight, I am so upset with your company and will never use your airline again or recommend you to anyone else.

Easy to find and select flights

Easy to find and select flights. Did have to go back in to get return flight as couldn’t find a way to do it after getting the outbound one.
