If it has 0, I would give it 0 or negative reviews. I booked an international trip. Because when I was in the airport, I was told the 1st flight was delayed, I notified BudgetAir immediately to cancel my whole trip. And BudgetAir said to refund me entirely. However, until today nothing. I lost over $1000

My flight was cancelled few months ago... and BudgetAir didn't inform me or make up for the new flight.
My flight was cancelled few months before it was due, but BudgetAir didn't inform me until I was at the airport and was told by the staff that the Airline had stopped operating some time ago. The customer care team refused to engage in a conversation with the airline to sort it out, and left it to me to pass on every documentation from one to the other. Despite this correspondence, customer care still haven't refunded the amount, let alone pay for the extra expense I had to take on such as overnight hotel and the new flight I had to buy. I can no longer recommend their services

Stay away, this is a scam. I booked a ticket through BudgetAir and went to the airport, but the airline could not find my reservation and informed me that all of their flights were sold out. I contacted BudgetAir, but they were unable to provide a refund. You have been warned.

I cancelled my flight within one hour…
I cancelled my flight within one hour to choose a different flight, they still charger my “travel packages” that are non refundable. What travel packages am i even getting if my flight is cancelled? Some scam packages more like it.
Update: Customer service has still not fully refunded my ticket. I'm missing $200 still from the total bill.
