Your company not trusted am complain regarding name change not solved by your team your told me that airlines policy not approved change the name .there after am call airlines he told me yes we have policy to change the name

Still No Ticket Issued After 30 Hours — Extremely Disappointed

I booked an Air India flight through BudgetAir more than 30 hours ago, and my ticket still hasn’t been issued. The payment has been successfully charged, but I haven’t received any confirmation or e-ticket from them. Their system keeps showing “processing,” and there’s no proper update or communication.

I tried contacting customer support, but the responses are either delayed or completely unhelpful. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when travel plans depend on timely confirmation.

I trusted BudgetAir for a quick and reliable booking process, but this experience has been very frustrating and stressful. I would really appreciate if they could resolve this issue immediately or process a refund without further delay.

First time booking through budget Air

This is the first time I used Budget Air for my flight booking. It was very easy and quick. Rate was competitive. So decision was made faster. Will try to use in future as well and suggest if any changes or improvements required. Thank you.
