More options for air India add on facilities should be there. Like extra baggage bundle seat choosing option. Also, Domestic flight no forex charges should be charged for domestic customers.

Cheapest of the lot out there…

Cheapest of the lot out there…. By a good margin…. Was sceptical while booking and taken back when they said they will send the e-tickets within 92hrs… thought for a min it’s done but received it within 48hrs… glad, no issues faced…. But i heard they have poor customer service in regards to cancellation and rebooking and stuff… so far so good

Got a great deal

Was little sceptical initially, particularly with all the negative reviews and the fact that booking confirmation might take 96 hours. But got a very good deal, that even the airline themselves didn't offer. And the tickets arrived in less than an hour from the time of booking. BIN-22337352

Worst Experience.They Charge Insurance…

Worst Experience.They Charge Insurance but not provided any insurance policy also not refund amount of insurance.They charge ticket Insurance if airlines bankruptcy in tha name of ticket service which is misleading to customer when they booked online.I ask for insurance company name and insurance policy but they not provided any information about it.I also want to know how much amount you paid if airlines bankrupts then the didn't give any proper answer.

Big mistake booking with budget air

Big mistake booking with budget air, changed my travel schedule with out informing first, customer service was shocking, told me its not there problem and to the air line, will neve use them again, avoid it like a plague!!!!
