Distressing experience

We had many issues with our laminate flooring after just 3 weeks. Dave Roberts director of budget agreed a full refund after his fitter had removed our flooring. After removal Dave back tracked and refused the refund he initially promised. We were left with no flooring we had paid for. We would never deal with this company again as it's a totally shocking way to treat any customer. We did of course contact trading standards and this case is ongoing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely diabolical fitting of my new carpet on stairs and landing. Really, really poor and obvious bulging of the carpet on both sides of pretty much all the stairs and around edges of the hallway. I'd probably have got a similar result from fitting it myself with absolutely zero experience. Requests to customer service to help resolve this have been completely ignored too - an all-round nightmare, do not deal with these cowboys. Have contacted them via their website a few times with zero response. Wrote a similar review on Google for them and they had the cheek to reply to say I should get in touch with them. I've already done that, how's about just replying to my message rather than me contact you for the third time having been ignored the first two times?
