So far, as this is my very first time booking with Budgetelitetravel, Alice has done an excellent job! Everything that was promised with issuing my tickets and insurance was completed, not to mention my specific seat assignments. Now, if my airline does what it should, all is good. Alice is very efficient at her job, so do not hesitate to call her personally! Various other sites that are more well-known were actually a lot more money for biz class.

I've never used a broker to fly business class airline tickets. My fear was that it was all a big scam, and that I would send in my money and never actually get the tickets. What pushed me over the top was the rep. His name was Xavier Stark. He was really patient with me. He priced out a bunch of flights and followed up with me. I told him straight up that I was nervous about being scammed and he walked me through everything step-by-step. Additionally, it was more like dealing with a concierge service because he was sending me pics of inside the cabins and making sure that I wasn't just getting business class on some cheap plane, but real business class. It was an international flight and I wanted the pod so I can lay down and enjoy myself. It was still a 10-hour flight, but I loved every minute of it. I'd highly recommend Xavier! It's worth it... He saved me 50% (at least).

I asked what other fees there were at the end (I don't like surprises) and he sent me an email with the insurances they offer plus you can tip your rep, which I did. If I could've tipped at the end I would've even tipped more because it was exceptional service!

If you can ask for Xavier Stark I'd recommend him, but I'm sure there are other good reps. He was over and above in my opinion. I hope this helps because I know I was really nervous about getting scammed, but it was actually a really good experience. Just budget an extra bit at the end for insurance and tip. You want the insurance (IMO).
