Flawless customer experience, very competitive prices
Flawless customer experience, they work nearly around the clock (I am not in the US ) and are obviously used to handling clients in different time zones. Courteous, quick and professional staff, Britney in particular.
Quite competitive pricing too I am definitely going to work with them again in the future.

Mario K. is the most helpful and patient travel consultant I have ever worked with. He was never pushy, compared to a few travel consultants I was dealing with the past three weeks. He immediately gave me the best flight options and not insisted on flights just because they’re cheap flights. I was so happy with the best deals that I got that I was singing to the dogs the rest of the night.

Unbelievable prices for two business seats on BA Paris to New York! These people are REAL and RELIABLE.
We saved literally thousands on the trip of a lifetime.
Jaden is an amazing agent!
He listened to what we needed, he really cared about finding us a great deal and he worked around the clock to make it happen.
Jaden kept me constantly updated on his progress and options. I felt so much trust and the tickets were delivered as promised, promptly.

Pedro Chen is helpful
Pedro Chen is helpful, forthcoming and couteous, amicable.He responds and executes quickly with clear explainations. I would use him again in the future. My only gripe is with the terms and conditions which takes away my business class miles! This is something to consider for people who travels frequently ;the price of the fare you get is the trade off.
