Well packaged

Very good service - the delivery company mistakenly sent my original order of lightbulbs back, but Budgetlight very quickly sent out a replacement as soon as I borought it to their attention. And the lightbulbs themselves worked great.

Light bulbs arrived well packed and on time.

Cheap prices but other than that not good. They are not based in the UK it seems, item was shipped from either Netherlands or China - hence delivery time is slow. They have no phone support of any kind. My product was returned to sender unsure why.

One bulb delivered broken (probably down to the carrier) replaced with no fuss really quickly. Products are good.

Ordered the lights late evening and they arrived much sooner than expected. I had a follow up order that arrived in perfect time to complete the job.

Grate service!

I ordered 10 LED tubes and they arrived in a decent time. However, one of the fittings was faulty but budget light sent a replacement out not once but twice and we ended up with 10 good ones. Full marks for budget light for being persistent and ensuring our order arrived perfectly. I would highly recommend as they are very competitive on price and the customer service is excellent.

Ordered 4 LED downlights. 3 out of 4 didnt work and when I wrote to tell them,they tried to say that I need to buy new transformers (from them). My existibng transformers are perfectly fine. I just wanted to usae the energy saving lamps that they sell.
They dont mention anything about buying new transformers on the page that describes the lights, and they specifically say the lights replace the standard halogen downlights that I have at home.
They sell substandard goods and when you tell them about it, they try and get you to spend more money with them - instead of fixing the issue.

You have rep;ied to me in a way that implies you will fix the problem. But you expect me to pay for you to send me substandards goodsand then pay to send the substandards goods back to you.
The products cost in total £8. The postage to deliver was £6.65 and now I have to pay £5 to ship it back???
If you really care about customers, you would offer quality goods that dont have to be returned and take care of customers when they fall victim. All I see here is lip service to appear to be caring.

Upon our order, the delivey company DPD, just did not try to deliver the products to us. Products were apparently ‘sent back’. We then had to wait further for our products to be
re-delivered. This is now the second time this has happened.

LED tube arrived quickly. Didn't break but bubble wrap was not surrounding it. This bulb was advertised as a replacement for a conventional tube. It would be helpful if you included a link to a guide to doing the switch over; Sometimes you can literally just change the bulb, but some types of ballast will destroy the LED bulb. Luckily my friendly electrician rewired the fitting to prevent that in my case.

Just what I wanted, speedy delivery and well packaged.
