What went well? I got the best bulb I could find.
What didn't go so well? Initially you told me the item wasn't in stock, but you gave me no idea when it would be in stock which was a big turn off for me. Actually it was in stock almost next day, so that was good.

The panel light I ordered seemed very good value compared to other sites
Delivery was a couple of days and light is great
I had a question to ask about if a driver was included, so rang customer services, the phone was answered within a few rings by a very cheerful lady that was able to answer my question without hesitation.
So in all I’m very happy my purchase and will definitely use this company in the future
