Regarding your complaint we asked for clear images to be shared from your end but you have failed to share the images from your end and we were waiting for it . but later you have shared the images on 3rd December 2024 and we see that the issue also has been resolved from our end on December 4th regarding this the images that you have shared on 28 its not clear we have already informed about it from our end but you are not ready to share the images from your end at the time . Once we received the images we have processed the refund for the item also from our end . we do have certain return policy which has to be done from our end too . Hope this information helps you

Crap
I placed an order online and although the delivery was quick 3 of the foods where wrong. I have made contact as they had advised but I have since been blocked. Do not buy from here.
As an update and to explain the matter further. I ordered two large packs of aloo parentha two tins of rasmalai and 2 packs of plain bhuja. What I received was 2 packs of phulka 1 pack plain bhuja and 1 pack of something completely different. When I asked about this mistake they said they will send me 1 pack of aloo parontha and that's it. I am now taking this to trading standards. Avoid this company. Bunch of thieves

Budget Mart good - DHL worse than appalling
Budget Mart was fine but I have advised them to switch from DHL to a reliable shipping company.
My parcel spent 5 days in their depot and despite numerous phone calls to an offshore calling centre and emails in which they promised to deliver the next working day I eventually had to make a 50 mile round trip to collect the package myself.
Incompetence does not begin to describe them.

Wrong product delivered, terrible service
I received something completely different to what was ordered. For context, I ordered 4 whole orange pumpkins (advertised as such) and received 4 wedges of green pumpkin. It has been a week and has not been resolved. I paid a lot of money for this as needed it for a work photoshoot and have ended up with something completely useless. Don’t use this company, incorrectly advertising their products and terrible customer service.
