Great company to work with. Felt that we had good support and communication all the way through and there was always someone on the end of the phone if needed. Very reasonable price and they were happy to accommodate our requirements (RAMS, Lifting plans...). Finish was good and I'd use BSC again if I needed anymore containers.

Bone fide company who I visited in person. There are a lot of container scams out there so watch out.

Placing the order was fast and easy. They're quick to take your money and to be fair their prices are good. It's the lead time and delivery that sucks. It's gone from 2-3 weeks to 4-5 weeks. I've have 2 delivery dates now and neither has happened. Now I'm told another week but it's not guaranteed. The latest excuses were a driver berievment and then a suitable vehicle availability. The delays have now cost me £1000s in hire equipment and staff stand downs yet still no guaranteed delivery date.
Absolutely disgusting service and I simply could not recommend this company to anyone.

I would just like to take the opportunity to say what a pleasure it was doing business with Kelsie from Budget Shipping Containers. Buying a shipping container is a large investment to buy unseen, so I was little nervous. Kelsie gave me a rough price over the phone which she even managed to do cheaper when my official quote arrived via Email. The transaction was made and the delivery day was met. My once use container in the colour I wanted, is perfect and I can't even see so much as a scratch on it. I ordered 4 container lights next, which turned up the next day.
So overall I am very happy with my purchases and the service I received.
