The shirts arrived quickly. There’s a big choice of ladies shirts and I was able to choose something different in a nice blue. The shirts are good quality with a substantial fabric that will stand up to regular ironing.

Perhaps it's not fair to blame BWW for my initial issue; the clothing manufacturer simply provided garments with the same size label that were clearly not the same size. Never the less, I can blame TWW for the outrageous turn around on my refund which has taken over 2 weeks to process since the item was returned to them, despite written approval of the refund now more than a week ago. Was also unimpressed at the anti-consumer behavior that led them to think they could charge me a restocking fee, despite this clearly not being a change-of-mind return. In the end, they charged me $10 to pay for missing tags, despite the fact that the products were clearly faulty and no longer needed tags, and were returned with all tags present!

Budget workwear is the best place to get all your work uniforms. I have been using them for last 3 years. My orders are always on time. Best prices and excellent customer service.

Staff were an absolute dream to deal with, they were prompt with response times. Our shirts were embroidered within 1 day!! The team prioritised our items and we are super happy with Hats & Shirts. Thanks Team :)

I’ve been dealing with Budget Workwear for the past 8 years and they haven’t let me down. Highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Waste of time.
You can't test the product because they don't want to pay for sample fittings so the procedure is buy it, wait 2 weeks for you to receive it. if it doesn't fit, pay postage fees to return for an exchange and repeat with the next size. If you want your money back they charge 10% restocking regardless of the item condition. that's probably a % of their business model. I'm curious to whether their previous company Budget Safety Wear was sued and had to Phoenix into Budget Work Wear. Enjoy the bad PR for 10% of my order. Maybe I should alert the ATO?

I recently placed an order with you for a heap of screen printed garments for Born Again Restorations and all I can say is wow!
I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the quality of the screen printing. We have had so much positive feedback on the shirts already!

I seriously hate these people, take your order and your money, but don't have the stock on hand. "Oh, we generally take 3 - 5 days...yarda, yarda, yarda" Business day 5, and still nothing sent. If I wanted it from India or China, I would have shopped overseas.
Never again.
UPDATE: It took a phone call from me, to be told that it will be sent today, DAY 5, and I will get an email. Still waiting for that email at 1.35pm Friday Queensland time.
