Great service

Great service. I changed delivery address and emailed after placing order. They emailed to confirm change and when order was getting shipped out rang me to confirm address again. Great company

I placed an order and then told i had to pay more

I placed an order and all was fine then i was advised days later that one of the items was incorrectly listed with ita price. So i had to pay more before my order would be sent. I didnt create the website? Maybe you should be charging your web developer the difference in price? Perhaps a better approach would be to advise tyhe item was incorrectl listed so that i wold know in the future for further ordering. The way it come across was that it was my fault someone had entered the details wrong on the website. No offer of a discount or any compensation for someone elses mistake. Then when i said i could pickup from the sydney warehouse i was still going to be charged freight??

We have been using Budget Workwear for the past 18 months for all of our uniforms. The Team are always lovely and polite and keep us updated with the status of our orders. The quality it the products is really good. I wont use anyone else.
