Takes to long to get cash back and when you get £15 you can get the cash back however you have to wait 15 days to get the transfer! It’s all a very long waiting game which I found annoying. I will continue to use top cashback is it far better.

Finally managed to get my cashback but I had great difficulty logging into the site from multiple devices/operating systems/browsers and to make matters worse I received no feedback from customer service regarding my problems.

5 weeks of trying and still response. Got £50 cashback pending and can’t get it paid out as their emails don’t get to me. Scam site refuse to payout.

Great website for getting deals. They’ve got loads of shops that I like so always check Widilo before I buy. Found a few exclusive codes too which was great!!!! Cash back feature is always easy to use as well. Never used before so spoke to their customer services to get more info and they were really helpful :)

Always had trouble logging into this site, have accumulated about £50 in cashback but can't log in at all to retrieve it. Because of that can't even send them a message!!!!!

A great website! Makes it quick and easy to save money in a few minutes. I love how easy it is to navigate around and get my cashback. Widilo is really quick and easy to use! They have almost all my favourite stores and have saved me tons of money with their great discount codes and amazing Cashback offers. I always have to check before I make an order and I'm never disappointed. The mobile app too is just as easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

Very bad experience. I will never use this website again. It took them over a month to process my payment. I had to contact them twice
before they finally processed my payment, but they never explain what was the reason for the delay. There are better websites with better deals and fast payments aswell. 0 star

An excellent value cashback site and prompts you when you reach the limit for a cashback payment

Communication is terrible. When trying to withdraw my cashback it stayed at a status of 'Pending' for months. I had to email numerous times before I finally got a response, which took them 5 months to respond and transfer my money.

Utter Scam, I have sent this company about 20 emails. They owe me hundreds in cashback. They will not reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

how the whole layout has been thought out and benefits 'Members' as 'I have only been a Member since 06th October 2020 and
Widilo is brilliant. I have been with 'Cash Back sites' for the past 7 to 8 years and the Only Cash Back Web Site of any worth and trust is 'TOPCASH BACK'.
Quidco, Boom 25 and Rakuten are very very basic and their Customer Services is 'not only rude but unhelpful and slow' and these 3 supposed to be 'Cashback Web Entrepreneurs' have been going at a 'Snails Pace with Picky, Argumentative Staff' for Years. and there has been a 'NEED' for another 'MOTIVATING, EXCITING, Courteous Team Partner' to be a 'CASH BACK and Reward' Emporium for a long time.
So Congratulations. After 5 weeks I have received confirmation that I can request some payout as 'I HAVE PUT NEARLY 90% of MY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING THROUGH WIDILO SO FAR' and to be treated as a 'Customer-Cashback Member and with manners and RESPECT. I am well impressed and feel very appreciated by 'Widilo'. I will have no hesitation in referring and recommending 'Widilo' to Family, Friends and College and University Colleagues.

I‘ve been using Widilo to save a little bit here and there. The most I saved was a whole 20% because of a combination of voucher codes and cashback. After a month of using it, I was already able to withdraw my £20 easily. Definitely recommend!

Disappointing, to say the least.
I have made the mistake of purchasing something with this dreadful website called Widilo.
Although I followed the guidance, and even waited 48 hours to see if they rewarded me the cashback, I was very surprised to see that I had no cashback whatsoever.
After 48 hours I sent a message to their customer service, asking them what happened with my cashback, waited 3 or 4 days, nobody answered me,then I've decided to send another message, which, this time, was answered, but only after 7 DAYS. Even if they answered me, they did not accept the screenshots I've made, showing them I followed every single step listed on their website, and told me to send a message to a different email address, with the proofs of purchase ( receipt/ invoice, confirmation email, etc ), which I did, in the same day.
I've lost track, but I think there at least 2 WEEKS since nobody answered me.
Appalling service, appalling and deceitful website.
You don't deserve half a star, not one star, unfortunately, there's no such option.
And when I think about the fact that I had some coupons and vouchers on that particular website and I did not use because I would have lost my cashback...
I'll see where I can find more information to report your fraudulent activity.

Received a cashback that is about twice as low that it should have been normally, after chasing them up for about a year.

Fav tool to save money online, no doubts! Simple, effective, I really have nothing to complain about. I discovered Widilo a couple of months ago and I'm super happy with it :)

I used it a couple of times and everything went very well. I am now paying attention on my green square Widilo on each website visited ! It s like a game now where you win (very good money)
