Worst travel company to travel with

My parents were 2 min late , they just left them and went off . I called them 10 times before that but they were fine with 5 min late but in the end they simply left us and made us loose 356 eur

They were not answering calls and the lady on the phone was not competent .

I also asked if they can take us for the next day and they just told it’s not possible .

I must say I and my husband were delighted with the service provided by Buendia - it was just what we wanted. After the first trip to Brugge and Ghent, we used your services for the second time, we went to Luxembourg, and both times you provided a great service.Once again, many thanks for making such a trip possible. The organization, the effectiveness, the planning and on top the guide Diego /English speaking group/ were just perfect. We felt so comfortable although being so far from home. Everything worked out in time and perfectly. We felt very safe, the bus was always clean, and cold water was available, which was very much appreciated from our side. We will definitely recommend your agency to our friends who are also planning trips to Belgium.

We travelled today on a day trip to Bruge and Ghent. Diego was our guide. The tour was organised very well.
Diego was really good, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of these cities! We would recommend highly!

Only problem was the weather, and you have no control over this.

Tour ameno e interesante a cargo de Andrés. Nos enseñó los rincones imprescindibles de la ciudad, su historia y las curiosidades de distintas épocas. Recomendable.

Had an amazing time with Andrea, she was funny and explained a lot about Copenhagen. She answered all our questions, super advisable.

Excursiones imprescindibles si visitas Lisboa. Y en cuanto a los Guias Natalia y Savio…. Excelentes.

The time at Galway was too short considering the drive from Cliffs of Moher to Galway took around 2 hours. Perhaps 30 minutes more.

Also was not notified of meeting point change even after texting and emailing requesting confirmation. The only way I knew new location was because my friend also booked a tour, we did not know if it was the same tour.

Definitely is a must to have a richer experience here in Budapest.

The guide and the speech making questions make you think and historic aspects

It was a fantastic tour experience. Everything was handle very professional and timing was impeccable. It is a long day, but if you are choosing this tour is because you are aware of it. I was amaze that we were able to get the most important highlights of the 3 towns in one day. I strongly recommend it if you goal is seeing the places and know their history and not only shopping (very little to no time for shopping). Good local guides and buses clean and comfortable.
