Never using this company, and don't recommend
So I booked a "Douro Pinhao and Lamego Tour with Cruise and Wine Tasting" with this company and meeting time was 8:00 am at S.Bento, 4000-069 Porto, Portugal. Once i arrive at the meeting point they sent a message saying it's cancelled 13 minutes before the meeting time. There was no apologies on the cancellation and apologies upon such a late notice. Because of this, the plans i made for that day was no use and was a waste, wasting my money to book another tour, time, and vacation. They didn't have any policy upon this to make it right instead they just said talk to someone else, which is unprofessional.

Changed our tour and lied to us.
We had a tour booked via Get Your Guide with Buendia Tours. The day before they messaged us very blasé to say we had to join the group coming from Lisbon by coach so the meeting time and place had to change - No problem. The tour was in 2 parts so I asked outright if the itinerary was the same and it was both parts. They 100% confirmed it was. On the day the itinerary was not the same and was only one part. It was out of the guides hands but Buendia tours had clearly lied. We complained at the time and after followed it up with the office. Eventually after a number of emails we were given an insignificant partial refund but neither Buendia Tours or Get Your Guide cared that we had been lied to and let down. Our time was limited as we were touring. We had an itinerary and had chosen specific tours to give a complete visit to that area. We had no further opportunity to fit in the omitted part - very disappointed with Buendia and Get Your Guide for their lack of support.

It was a great trip, one day tour from Amsterdam to Bruges. Everything was wonderful. Our driver José and pur guide Blanca were the gratest. I fully recommend anyone to go on this tour.

Excellent Guide, great experience on the tour
Guide Flavia takes care of both the spanish and english group. She cared that the windy road to Cadaques will be hard for some passengers who are prone to car sickness.
She alao went out of her way help us with our own transportation options as we planned to go back to Girona after the trip. She found a last bus out of Cadaques and last train out of Figueras for us.
