Love Earning Points, But Wish All Games Counted...
I love being able to earn rewards for playing games. Only downside is that point earning is very slow, a lot of the games that I own, and play are not point earners on Buff, games like Dying Light 1 and 2 and more. I would probably give it a five-star rating if you could earn points with all games not just selected titles.

pls dont obstruct my game roblox because is so bother for me
this is not scam but when i played a game this buff make me obstruct to play a game. I couldn't do it anything. When the buff appeared in the middle of the screen, my mouse didn't even move. So this message is helpful for the buff pls make it better. That's when i played Roblox, always do that. Even I crushed the keyboard for buff disappeared. i try to press x in the buff, and i so tired of this. So that why I little hate this buff. When the mouse can't move i can't move the camera too. pls fix this

Just a starter but...
I just started using the app so I haven't gotten too in-depth yet, but from I have used the app is very intuitive. It's extremely easy to navigate, the app is absolutely gorgeous, and I am having a good time in it so far. I've had this app since 2022, i have never been able to redeem ANYTHING. I'm from spain, and supposedly everyday there's restocks, but i can't buy anything despite staying 24 hours with the app open. On desktop, products will say they're out of stock on made up timestamps, for example, in a week i managed to see three times how while i was still on the shop menu product changed from last purchase 18 hours ago to 1 second ago, without me ever been able to purchase anything or even see it available. 3 Times.
After some digging i found some posts talking about the app and how the phone version had it easier to buy products due to "one click purchase" or something. So i tried the phone app but again the products were NEVER in stock despite the app continuously saying they went out of stock a second ago. I don't think this is even a bot problem since if it was we would at least manage to see a product on green for half a second or something, they're just NEVER available. Again, i've had this app for years, back when i installed it we already had this problems, now 4 years after they're still occurring. The support is non existent, is solely Ai powered and there's no real human beings behind, also the way support works is frucked since every time you click on an option or send a message you get sent back at the principal menu forcing you to waste a lot of time just to talk to an ai that wont help you at all. So anyways, VERY dumb of me i bought the premium elite membership to try and claim something, whatever, to get my points out of this app since again in 4 years i havent been able to redeem them. But yeah i of course still couldnt. So now they got my time, my data, my money and gave nothing in return, all the promised rewards were fake, i've think of just using my points on those charity stuff but if theyre not even giving the items they promised the most, it would be extremely stupid of me to think they'd give those. Don't listen to the 4-5 stars ratings, they're fake.
Also to end, i doubt anybody cares but if you want any type of proof of what im saying, i can provide it as i have all the email dates and a few recordings of the shop menu acting in uncomprehensible ways.
For example, i've manage to catch that last purchase 1 second ago message on desktop, while stock never appeared on my phone at all.
New update: After a week of continuously trying to contact support, i give up. This app is a scam, there's nothing that you can win out of it, the only way you can actually redeem a giftcard is by purchasing the membership and then grinding the battle pass, but, that's literally a waste of money since you pay more for the pass than what the giftcard gives you. Xd. Id say it's funny but it's just disgusting whoever made this app was a very deceiving and calculated individual. This app is 100% a scam that will take your data, your money if possible and will give nothing in return. They did not even respond to my questions, my request for help or any type of solution/help at all.
