The worst of them all. Tried contacting the over 10 times with no avail the given email address is invalid. The number on WhatsApp it’s just a bot you never talk to a live agent. I WILL NEVER USE their services again even when you call them they won’t answer and I’ve been waiting for my parcel for so long

Best shipping company in South Africa
I honestly don't know why the reviews are so bad for this company. They are the best I've used in South Africa and I've used over a dozen in the last 5 years of living here. The mail here is just terrible, period. I don't know what the problem is here, but one time I had a package get lost in a blackhole or something and I went to the post office and they started flipping through a 10 year old, dirty, handwritten logbook for my package so that might have something to do with it... But anyways, Buffalo's tracking was extremely informative. I must have had over 20 updates, sometimes 4 or 5 in a single day. From arrival, to processing, to what they were preparing my package for next. The package arrived early and the only thing I'd change is that last update. For some reason, it does say "out for delivery" as soon as it arrives at the final hub for delivery. And it might take 2 or 3 days for them to actually put it on a truck and take it to your street. But fortunately, after using them, it's perfectly fine because it doesn't just say "out for delivery" those three days like the people who only have something bad to say, no, I got 3 updates, one being a text from the driver himself saying he's coming with my package and to let him know if I'm not in today. So, nothing's perfect, but this is as close as it gets in South Africa... This company was extremely efficient and a breath of fresh air if you ask me.

Buffaloex is the worst courier service.I waited for my delivery while it said out for delivery for 2 days nothing came.There is a lying driver said to the company they came and call but luckily I was at home waiting.

Worst logistics company I've ever dealt with. They have 10000 different stories as to where and at what stage of delivery your parcel is. Their communication is pathetic and ons each contact platform everyone of their agents have different info with regards to the cargo in transit. I won't ever purchase from a supplier using Buffalo again. And the staff is rude, probably due to being understaffed. I wish Shein could rather make use of a different courier service

Pathetic service altogether, no attention to detail as they kept sending my item to the wrong address for the entire three weeks and I didn't receive the package to date. I think that their service needs to be exposed to even larger audiences perhaps because frankly speaking with the kind of service they provided I don't even think that they care for company costs either because why do they deliver packages to wrong addresses don't they verify client's details....

I buy from TEMU and Buffalo never deliver. They refuse to phone to say they are at the door. We live in South Africa, it has to be handed over to the purchaser. So it's a scam. Shipment delayed for weeks. Finally get to collect. Arrive back in Pretoria only for Buffalo to let know they missed one parcel. After checking all holders found 7 boxes are missing. One box not part of consignment. Question is were the 7 boxes stolen internally? Shockingly bad service. Unreliable and incompetent

The worst courier service ever; they called me on February 19th to say that they could not deliver because my delivery address was wrong. They are now emailing me to update my address and charging me more for it. I do not know how or who altered it, but I have been sending them screenshots proving that I wrote the right address on my first purchase, and nobody seems to be helping!

Terrible experience with Buffalo Logistics
Buffalo Logitics is one of the worst businesse I have ever dealt with. Their undertaking of delivering a parcell is a total scam. To communicate with them is impossible. You end up in a call centre with completely untrained staff who are totally unhelpfull. The have a standard answer that it will be escalated and that will take 48 hours. Shein and Temu will realise at some stage that they are losing credibility and clients through the totally useless people they work wih. I will not deal with either while they make use of Buffalo Logistics.
