Radio silence

Email is the only option and they do not respond 99% of the time. Just file a chargeback after sending 3 emails. It is not worth wasting your time trying to reach Calvin and whoever else is behind this abyssmal company service department.

My last encounter I sent 15 emails and got 1 in return. 0/10 what an absolute disgrace.

Relaxed Straight Driven

I bought a pair of Relaxed Straight Driven Jeans from Macy’s. I received the order on 12/05/25. The jeans ripped on 3/16/26. Less than 4 months out of a pair of jeans is ridiculous. Customer service said they can’t do anything and to contact Macy’s. Macy’s informed me that the return window is closed. So apparently 30 days is all that’s expected out of these jeans. I’m extremely disappointed with Buffalo David Bitton and Macy’s.

An absolute terrible company customer…

An absolute terrible company customer service! The toll-free line that they advertise is in active the live chat is inactive. I tried to exchange something and no one writes back. I would stay away at all costs. There are other companies that treat their customers better and fairly.

Customer service is extremely poor

Customer service is extremely poor. The live chat never works, the customer service phone number is inactive, and the return option on their website doesn’t function at all. It feels like dealing with a scam company. The only way to reach them is by email, and they respond only if they choose to. Overall, a very disappointing and unexpected experience.

No customer service

It is impossible to reach customer service: their listed on website phone is not working, chat on website is not working, they do not reply to emails. I have issue with last order but I am completely locked out of possibility of getting in touch with customer service.

Have been buying the Straight six men’s…

Have been buying the Straight six men’s jeans for a few years. Went to order 2 pair and hit the Straight six freedom style. Got them and they were like cheap sweat pants. My fault. Returned them for store credit. Took a while. Talked to a rep to make sure Straight six was the heavier denim with minimal stretch. Ordered 2 pair. Sizing was different denim paper thin and super stretchy. No more Buffalo for me.

Total Failure

Extremely comfortable jeans BUT are made for minimal use. Prone to groin area disintegration and waist line button falling off. Poorly constructed and for the price are a complete failure.

Ordered a large sweater, the order changed it to a small, contacted the company to return it, clicked the link and it took me back to shopping, not a return. Sham product, would appreciate a return label

No response from customer service

Received the two pairs of jeans I ordered on line. Neither were the style or fit I was looking for. Followed the return policy. More than three weeks and nothing. I have tried the 888 number no response. Tried email process no response. Not happy with lack of customer service response.

Extremely Dissapointed in the lack of Customer Support

Fo years, I have loved the fit and comfort of Buffalo David Bitton Jeans. A recent experience was quite different. After brief use, the jeans started pulling away from a grommet and shredding the fabric. Within a short time, I had a shredded area that is large enough to see my underwear through it. I wrote the Company thinking they would rapidly solve the issue, but instead they said they can't help.
Time ot move to another brand!!!

Bought THREE pair every pair pulled…

Bought THREE pair every pair pulled apart in the seat. Emailed never responded, finally sent a text after trying to call multiple times and got a voice mail that it was unavailable even after time listed. They said to much time has passed to do anything, EVEN AFTER I showed an email sent from when the jeans first tore. TERRIBLE customer service and terrible quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a pair of jeans from this…

Ordered a pair of jeans from this company and they never arrived due to shipping issues. I let them know about the problem and was told the issue was being looked into. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back. I ordered jeans from a competitor on the same day and have been wearing them for 2 weeks. Would love to comment on the product, but I cannot seem to receive it.
