Doing a mixture of strength training and extending hiking recently, I found using these bath bombs reduced my muscle aches instantly. The next day the delayed onset muscle soreness was significantly reduced.

I absolutely adore these little kettle bell shaped recovery aids. The scents and colours are wonderful and they leave my skin soft and muscles less sore.

I won a competition and recieved some buff bombs and I wasnt disappointed. They smell lovely and turn the water lovely colours. They make the water so soft and really help me to relax. I would definitely recommend and will buy myself some more in the future.

Ive used Buff Bombs for a while now and as a powerlifter these are a total god send. Amazing for rehab, I had a serious spinal sprain and one bath of these improved my range of motion by 100%! Great smell, great feel, really luxurious, far better than stuff you get at lush, for a lower price and specialised for us lifters!! Love them!

I ordered an assorted box of buff bombs for my buff-day and bathed like a king.
I’ll certainly be buying more in the future so I can be my buffest self in the gym. I couldn’t say which was my favourite, so I guess I’m going to have to treat myself to them all again. What a shame! X

I tried the blue Buffbombs after a heavy pole fitness session and I felt so much better afterwards! Not only felt super relaxed but it helped so much with my muscle recovery as well, thanks to the Epsom salt and all the goodness inside! 💙💙💙 I can 100% recommend Buffbombs for after the gym or just for relaxation after a long day! Buffbombs are the bomb! I bought these because I have recently started weighlifting and my goodness I have bad DOMS! The epsom salts do wonders, the smell is great (my favourite is the blue) and they fizz up so well!! I also bought the Unicorn dust which I use for a quick bath, or sometimes in the shower for the smell. Great products, will definitely be repurchasing!

These bath bombs are insanely good - cannot recommend them enough! I have really sensitive skin so struggle to find any that don't flare up my eczema but these are so soothing and feel great for my skin as well as my muscles! (Not to mention that they smell INCREDIBLE and effortlessly turn your bathroom into your own personal spa!!)

Heaven in a bath bomb! No other way to describe them. They smell amazing and they fizz in the bath so well. My personal favourite has to been the purple one but the orange is a close second. They are so good for the mind, body and soul. Not to mention that shipping is super quick as well.
