No help for the customers


No help for the customers. I made a mistake in my shipping address, and the only option was to contact them by email (which I did seconds after the confirmation). There was no way to cancel the order or call them to fix my error, and by the time they responded to my second email, they told me there was nothing they could do. The system is not set up to benefit the customer; otherwise, they would have a way to cancel the order or call. Ultimately, they get their money, and the customers are stuck with no product or money. Had I been able to cancel the order, I would have bought the same product and ensured the shipping address was accurate. I have watched Heidi from the beginning of her YouTube videos to seeing her success now, and I'm proud of her and rooting for her, but this needs to change to benefit both parties, not just the BuffBunny company.

They tricked me

They tricked me! I was going to buy the phantom jacket for $68 with a coupon and then right then I hit the button that said order or pay now, the price jumped up by $10 without any warning! Big scam and lied about price.

This company is a BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!

This company is a BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!

1) There is literally no effective customer support service...only automated emails that do absolutely nothing for you. There is literally no phone number to call, nor even a real human to talk to.
I simply wanted to exchange a pair of my wife's new leggings for the next size larger (got her two different pairs and they fit differently). The only thing I ever received was a useless repeating automated email.

2) I purchased my wife's legging pairs right before Christmas when their ENTIRE WEBSITE was discounted on sale. Now they refuse to exchange any and all discounted items.
This literally means that NO ONE can return whatever they ordered.

Like I said... BuffBunny is a bunch of greedy thieves that do not care AT ALL about the people that buy their products (aka the people that are the entire reason they're even in business to begin with).

Horrible quality and customer service

Horrible quality and customer service.
Received defective leggings and the company refuses to return my emails requesting a return label. I shouldn’t have to pay return shipping for a defective pair of leggings. BUFFBUNNY IS A JOKE.

My husband purchased from them on…

My husband purchased from them on November 5th for a Christmas gift.
The company will not return or exchange past 30 days even though it was a Christmas gift. If you do order, the sizes run smaller than their sizing chart. I will not order there again. We were out $250.

No Exchanges even if they don’t fit

I’m sure the clothing is great but they don’t offer exchanges on sale items (stupid) or gifted items — even with tags. I don’t want any money back, I literally want sizes that fit me and they will not do it. So…I guess I’ll never know if they are good or not🤷‍♀️

Although I don’t mind their leggings…

Although I don’t mind their leggings (the very few I purchased), I don’t exactly appreciate it when they offer incentives and don’t disclose who their winners are (because it’s a lie). I placed an order for a chance to win a gift card for 10 people who places an order and when I asked who won, they said they will get an email… uhm every company I’ve heard of ALWAYS discloses their winners. For that reason alone I will no longer shop here as I don’t appreciate companies who are dishonest. Sad that this is “woman owned”. I will stick with Alphalete for now.

Zero customer service, DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER AND WONT CALL

1-the clothes and quality have been great so far. I love the material, seams are good and good quality BBUUTTT
2- if u have one single issue, getting in touch with someone is a joke!! They have out grown the current small number of employees and won't hire more people, instead, they legit DONT REPLY, or give a dry answer, repeatedly despite your growing concern. I was saying 2 weeks ,no response or my money after the return had been delivered, was starting to appear to be fraud, I too was doubtful if i got the taxes back but didnt bother pressing foward...I wish the negative reviews would cramp thier business enough to realize they are treating people wrong and just preventing more money being made, they have good products, but dont expect to buy something from here and plan to be treated with respect or even with a deserved response..who ever runs this business is NOT a smart one on the consumer side, they appear to be UNGRATEFUL and greedy. I sent an email telling them, like the way I had been communicated with ,is what we expect from large corporations, not small businesses. Because they kept saying we are a small business, like I'm aware hence why I chose to spend my money with yall, BECAUSE I WANT THE CONSUMER CARE of a small business ,NOT a cooperation. My family has owned a small business my whole life, and not once did I ignore a consumer, NOT ONCE. This is not just one bad review ,there are MULTIPLE on here, they have 2.5 stars for gosh sakes ,all from how they treat their customers.

Impressed!

I ordered a purple pair of Legacy leggings and a yellow Monarch bra. Since 2021, I’ve purchased several Legacy leggings as well as Spin and Rosa leggings, and a Monarch bra. I have a huge collection of branded leggings, but the Buffbunny leggings are the ones I most reach out for. The quality and design of these leggings are unmatched - so beautiful and flattering. I think they’re perfect in every way. They never roll or slide during my workouts. I don’t understand bad reviews that refer to the quality or sizing. I’ve never had any issues.
OK, delivery to EU (Croatia) takes a couple of weeks, and you have to pay your VAT, but you have to do that anyway when you shop on the US sites. The leggings are far superior to anything you get in Europe, so I think it’s worth the extra cost. You get what you pay for.
Keep up the great work, Buffbunny.

I used to love this brand

I used to love this brand. Not anymore. Last "launch" I ordered from the Canadian site as a Canadian. Not only did it take a week to ship my order then they cancelled some items (it was a sweat suit) and then shipped the items from the USA leaving my with a hefty customs charge. Never again.

Don't order, especially from the EU

Probably the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered one minute after launch 3 weeks ago on 24th june (shorts and a sweater), got my order confirmation that said it might take up to 7 days until my order gets shipped. So I waited and waited. Last week I wrote a message to the customer service and asked if everything was okay. Immediately after I received a E-Mail stating my order is shipped - so far so great. Yesterday I received an E-Mail that the sweater got canceled. As I'm living in the EU paying that much for shipping and taxes for one single item doesn't add up, so I messaged the customer service immediately after asking for a full cancelation of my order. Just got a dry reply, stating that's not possible anymore as the order is already sent out. The shipping information I received stays the same since a week, stating they didn't receive the package yet...

The fact that I already reached out and the customer service told me that everything is fine and then chancels half of my order with a dry sorry just bothers me. How can it be that the sweater ran out of stock 3 weeks after I placed my order?
No coupon code, no further refund, not even a single bit of accommodation and understanding as compensation. Never again.

The brand has came a long way

The brand has came a long way. I was reluctant to review a few years back because the company was so new. They have change so much when it comes to quality of product. They have absoluetly been listening to their customers with each release on different products. Minor details that make a huge difference in the long run. Lengths of shorts, gussets, no front seams, material, etc. Their launches are so much fun as well. The only complaint would be stock. They sell out entirely too quick which is a common complaint I see under every post. It's time to up the stock amount for different sizes, and the fact that they barely restock if at all is very frustrating. I get that everyone wants to sell out but it's not fair to customers who really love your product and want to support. If you don't login within the first 20mins of a launch you're probably going to miss out. However them being rated so low is insane. Their quality for the most part is top tier.

Avid Fan

I have never had an issue with Buffbunny collection! Their clothes are high quality, their customer service is lovely, and they’re great at working with you to find a solution to your problem! As with every launch based brand, it isn’t perfect and they don’t have the stock of Target or Walmart so things do sell out quickly - but it kind of makes it fun to know YOU got that exclusive item. I’ve been a proud fan and customer since 2021, and look forward to what the BuffBunny Collection team brings out in the years to come!

Buffbunny has been one of my favorite…

Buffbunny has been one of my favorite brands since the beginning. I always know what to expect - flattering support. They have squat proof leggings from my experience as well as supportive bras. Even when I have been between sizes, I can always count on my Buffbunny outfits to give me the extra boost of confidence throughout my workout and my day.

If I could do a negative star I would

If I could do a negative star I would. I did all my research by watching all their models/athletes who do in depth try on hauls. I measured myself and looked at their size charts. I was prepared for the "dreamhouse" launch and was consistently refreshing. The revolution bra was the first bra on my screen when it hit 1 oclock, the 3x already sold out. The moment I clicked 2x (because I was going to buy both sizes) it was in my cart and said sold out. Go to the next item and already sold out in both sizes . They have done MANY collections and launches. As "successful" as this company is they should've known that 2x and 3x have ALWAYS been the first to sell out (MY EXPERIENCE). I think they need to reconsider how they decipher their statistics for how many to buy of each size. For claiming to be inclusive, I would argue otherwise. If you sell out that fast (less than 30 seconds), you should think about doing pre-orders and then opening to the public. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

BEWARE RETURN POLICY

Poor quality and unnatural fit to the clothes. Wanted to like. Beware the return policy!! Despite not saying “final sale” sale items are NOT RETURNABLE and they will make you pay for shipping and keep the taxes they charged you(cough @irs tax fraud alert) would not recommend this item or site as a first time buyer — 5/10 edit: they also do not post negative reviews on the ratings for their items. I gave fair reviews (2’s and 3’s) and they have yet to be posted!

I’m so disappointed in this company

I’m so disappointed in this company. I have followed Heidi for so many years now, and decided to finally buy from her collection. I agreed to pay a certain amount, and they charged me more than I agreed to pay. It took a couple days of back and forth, e-mail after email, when I finally decided to ask them for a cancellation because they are deceitful. I then looked at her actual reviews, and people are having the same issues, but also other issues I can’t speak on because I didn’t experience it first hand. Look at the BBB rating also when considering buying. I am unable to post a screenshot of my confirmation, the price the charged me without consent, or the emails that were seriously ridiculous. Al of that time emailing for them to say, “ there is a glitch in the website” BUYER BEWARE
