Poor response to damaged item
My husband likes the Bugatchi shirts a lot. They aren't cheap but the idea was that they are good quality and he would wear them a lot. Unfortunately, one of the shirts got a hole in it, which to us was unacceptable because of the price we paid. When I approached them about replacing the shirt, we were told they did not do that and they offered nothing as compensation. I was very disappointed that a company of renown that sells (supposed) quality merchandise at high prices would respond this way. There are MANY other companies, such as Nordstrom, that would replace this item easily and with apologies. I will not buy from Bugatchi again based on this.

This site is wonky and needs some …
This site is wonky and needs some rework. You look at a shirt and then it sends you back to the beginning of the sort and not back to where you left it. It takes too much time to look through everything. Also cant delete items off of wish list. Have to put them in the cart then delete.
