DUNOON STAFF ARE AMAZING - BUT zero stars for the marketing/ Quote reminders sent on a Sunday morning by their mail-chimp. I occasionally get that one day off!

Marketing department is a joke asking depot staff to contact sole-traders during work hours just to remind them that Build Depot exist. Twice in a month I've been raging with the direction they are taking.

That's three pipelined quotes that I was going to accept that I have handed on a plate to other suppliers.

Was delivered when they said it would

Bulk bag of chips delivered, prior phonecall to say when and arrived to schedule.

​I had a great experience ordering from Build Depot. The ordering process itself was incredibly easy and straightforward. Shortly after placing it, I received a phone call from them to confirm all the details, which was a really nice, reassuring touch.
​I managed to get myself a bit mixed up regarding the delivery times, but their customer service team was incredibly helpful and sorted out my confusion straight away without any hassle. To top it off, the delivery driver was fantastic—brilliantly helpful and friendly when dropping everything off.

Good delivery service

Received a message on the day of delivery stating the time frame would be “blank”. The delivery driver was great, helped with the unloading.

Unfortunately they sent two wrong lengths of fence rails which meant I couldn’t finish the job.

Excellent service, friendly staff would recommend and use again.

Thank you and your team for a quality and timely delivery. Special shout out to the driver of the truck who went above and beyond to ensure I had access to the property. Very polite and respectful gentleman. Give the man a pat on the back.
