Don’t trust them they’re liars and possibly changed their business name by now but I’m currently pursuing legal action against these fake mfz

This company is a huge scam. They agreed to a deal on paper and had me wire $3,501 as a commitment fee but then backed out of the deal but fell to return my commitment fee. I didn't sign anything with them and was old the funds back since the deal was not moving forward. I reported the fraud with the federal trade commission and I have all the receipts to show the back and forth where they agreed to send the money back but never did. This payment was supposed to come on 10/20/2023. I had faith they would do the right thing but they never did so I am not going to sit back and be taken advantage of.

They collected a $28,000 deposit for a refinance. Bank of America luckily market it as a scam and the money was finally returned to me. The $4,300 Payment I made for the appraisel however was not returned and no appraisal was ordered. Pursuing legal options against them now!

I had a difficult loan Robert & Jill Berg did help push it thru. Rate was a bit higher but the loan was placed. Again lots of contact and i got the loan

This banc took a 1% deposit for my client, $75K, and then took the application. They told us they work with foreign nationals and up-ground construction. Once they had the money, they changed their conditions six times. The last one was for my client to add an American citizen to the company ownership. Then they asked for the American citizen to own 51% or more of the company. I lost my client and both of the projects they were doing. Worst bank in the world to work with. I ended up giving back my share of the 1% to my client so they could see it was not my fault. I have asked them to see an attorney and sue. I hope they go through and sue this POS of a company.

Builder Banc makes empty promises and does not honor the timelines they give for funding I lost two great investment properties because of their lack of proper communication and constant excuses

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This company is ran by Robert and Jill Berg. Robert goes by the name of Corey Edwards which is not his real name. They employee people from the Philippines to tell you they can do things that they can't. They will tell you they can do things because they have their own money. Once they reel you or your clients in with lies, they ask for a commitment fee. During the process, Robert will come in and tell you they can't do what they promised hoping the client will just put more money into the deal. If the client backs out, he will keep their commitment fee. They are not a direct lender and do not have their own money. Leave this company alone. They also own Xpressloans911.com.

Beware of the owners of Fixandfliploan.net and Builderbanc. They are travelling around the world using the hard earned money of real estate investors. The employees under their supervision are from the Philippines. They scammed 150K USD from just one client who they promised to close in few days. Currently they are still operating and already scammed over 1 million dollar on the real estate investors. They have about 30 employees working in the Phillipines. They are claiming that they are a direct lender but NOT. They collect information from clients and submit it to different lenders. builderbanc.com and fixandfliploan.net are the websites they are using to scam people. Robert Berg and Jill Berg are their names. Here are also the list of people working with them, Elenita Pascual, Cezar Tibajares JR, Dianna Lapitan, Harlene Roberto, Zahd Briones, Alexander Wayne, Richard Santos, Adrian Aracelli, Emmanuel Santos, Loveleen Faye Bon Santos, Sidney Destacamento and Aize Abunda who has all the access on their system. Karma is on the way to all of you.

My experience with builder banc was very positive. I got my money very quickly. The application itself took less than 20 minutes. I have never had such an easy time getting a loan.

#scamcompany! beware! Beware! they claim to be a DE company. yet their Phone number is Tampa, FL They need permission to give out the names of corporate officers. ALL CALLS ARE ROUTED TO A SALES MGR ARTHUR!!! Highest you can go. the staff is actually a call center in Asia. The staff is ill-informed and uses high-pressure sales! NO PRESENCE ON BBB SITE. review goes back only 2 years... They ask for a deposit upfront. RUN! RUN! AWAY

Easy as pie. If you are lent money you deserved the loan and can handle it.
Be responsible. Be conservative.

This company is fake. They want upfront money only paid through Zelle. All of the reviews are in poor English with a bunch of stuff that doesn't make sense. The attached pictures are for weird items not related to the company. The reviewers are all fake profiles and their only review is this company! Watch out!

My experience working with Builderbanc was excellent. The application for PPL and all subsequent steps were so simple and efficient. Builderbanc is an excellent option.
