I used to love this website. But I was just asked to provide a rating for a product I ordered 1 month ago and still haven't received. I've contacted customer service multiple times and have not heard back from anyone. I will be contacting you again to request a refund, but I'm guessing I still won't hear back.

There is no booklet with the set that I bought showing how to build the set!

Did not include instructions! When I emailed to request the pdf my email was blocked

There were no instructions for the Mouth of Sauron with my purchase. I never received a link or file to download anything either.

Never received. Tried to email them and it got blocked their end. Have submitted refund requests and sent messages with no response.

I honestly had no idea when the package was coming. It showed up after about 3 weeks and is actually great, I got one for my sister and myself of Starry Night! Takes ages and can be fiddly but great purchase

This company offered great prices and it was so easy to order. I couldn’t believe how fast my order came!

Good kit. Intrusions not so great. Parts aren't easy to assembled.

Absolutely great build and amazing customer service. Had the instructors emailed to me as a pdf since the downloadable ones didn’t work on my device. There’s plenty of spare bricks also, which is super handy for a clumsy builder like me. Will definitely order from here again. 5*

The article never arrive to the destination. I just realized by following the tracking number. I did not have an email with this information.

A bit of a delay in processing my item, ordered at the start of the December and received it right at the end. Given it been the holiday period initial wait period requesting an update, it wasn't even processed until (coincidentally) after I emailed and got a swift reply. Came very soon afterwards and they were very polite and helpful.

I have yet to get any update besides a confirmation about my order. It was ordered a month ago and I got two confirmations and no shipment information. I checked my account. The item has been paid for.

Ordered something still not arrived a month later I had to get in touch for them to tell me it’s out of stock !!! They still have my money and I’ve had no response

The instructions are poor I was missing pieces and one piece was completely wrong I cannot Finish the set because of this piece.

One or more pieces were wrong or missing for the kit we ordered.

Amazing quality and accuracy in details. Final result is soooo cute. I have bought other sets and will surely buy other ones to complete my personal collection of Japanese stalls

The result looks really nice but the building process was quite challenging. Many of the instructions were hard to understand and, especially in the beginning, it was difficult to recognise which colour you have to use next. It got better until the end and otherwise it's quite cute. Due to its fragility, I don't think it's suitable for children to actually play with it.

I ordered a Kyoto street building block set and received some cheap, unrecognizable exercise apparatus.
I also did not realize this item was coming from China...
