Overall it was really cute and fun to build. But there were numerous pieces missing so I had to figure out which pieces I’d have left over so that I could continue building.

Easy to assemble, nicely packaged

The item came crushed. I got a figure so there wasn't any damage to the item, but the package was completely trampled. The toy itself was also not very well made, and the head of the figure doesn't stay on.

Everything Great with the order and even customer support was super friendly BUT be careful- it’s being directly sent from China AND the pieces are much smaller than regular Lego bricks.

Compared with other ‘nano block’ kits this was very poor. Plastic pieces bend making it difficult to secure or adjust. Bought as a gift for an experienced nano builder but will not buy from this seller again. £64 wasted.

My order arrived well packed, but missing one of the three items, and with the incorrect type for another. Customer service takes some time to correspond with, but they were VERY thorough in sending the correct replacements and following up! Very happy with my experience, and have already recommended to others, as well as planning to purchase more in the future.

I love the little building blocks and everything but waiting 3 weeks for them every time is a little annoying.

The shipping is fast and I like the support via mail during the time of the wait for the set. I purchased a Mini-Set which I like very much. The time I spend building the Set is very enjoyable. So far, I am very pleased.

Love these little projects they’re really relaxing to do although can be slightly fiddly. I do think it would be great if the bendable sticks came in the correct size so you don’t have to cut them. Also not too sure if the separate bags have any relevance to each step of building but either way I very much enjoy the whole process :) thank you! More designs please :D xxx

Bought this as a gift, turns out the set was missing a couple of pieces.

While building Laputa castle I realized that one piece was missing… I could built it and it is not noticeable from the exterior, but it has been the last disappointment of a series of small ones…

When I received the order, it was packed in a buildiverse standard box, not the Laputa castle one.

Some pieces, most of them from “step 4” were not in a pouch bag as the rest and they were loose in the box.

The piece that was missing belongs to that step…

Missing piece is a semi triangular piece in step 4-7. There were 3 instead of 4.

The Experience was ok, sadly the Pumpkin Head is always falling apart and I couldn‘t finish it

I purchased the mini takoyaki restaurant and ramen bar model kits. The kits are well made with detailed instructions and there are even a few extra small bits in case any go missing while building. They are adorable and I immediately purchased more. I will say that the way the pieces were bagged confused me. I thought they would be in build order but it seemed fairly random. Would definitely recommend that Buildiverse sort them by build order so you don't have to sort through all of the pieces every time.
