Nice models instructions not great

I've made more than one purchase and very happy each time, the process is quick and easy and the packages arrived in sufficient time. 10/10 experience building these, always a bit sad when it's all built!

Saw someone I knew get a minibricks sets which for them was absolutely fine so I figured I’d order myself the Audi RS6 ABT which was a huge mistake from the beginning shipping comes from china and takes 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on where you live, opened the package once it arrived to find that I was missing the build instructions so I emailed their support which was relatively fast (within 3 days of my first email) at getting me the missing QR code to scan to start the build. Started the build got halfway through and it starts to look real good but then I start looking for a flat 2x4 piece which I couldn’t find until I realised that the piece I was looking for was melted so I emailed support for a replacement part and they say their replacement policy is 14 days after ordering but like I said it took 2-3 weeks to arrive so they said I may have to pay for the piece in the end I didn’t and they said I’ll receive an update once the relevant team reviews my missing piece claim and ships it out. It’s now been about 2-3 weeks since I made the first missing piece email which they responded to the first few and now they’re ignoring any other email I sent. Disgusting behaviour from this company and from what I know it’s not their first time ignoring customers until they leave a review affecting their companies reputation.

I cannot believe that you have the face to answer my comment just now after neglecting me via email.
Your service is trash and as I stated in my email I WANT TO CANCEL THE ITEM YOU WERE UNABLE TO SEND FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. Please have some decency and refund me.

I cancelled my order within 10 minutes of purchasing it. Their policy clearly states that cancellation is allowed within 24 hours and before the order is shipped. I received an automated acknowledgment of my cancellation message right away, however the next morning I got a notification that my order has been shipped. Since then I have sent multiple requests but I keep getting automated responses. My cancellation request is well within their policy limit, and their handling of the issue has been terrible. I have been pushing for a speedy resolution as I do not want the order to go further along the shipping process, however I am still yet to hear from anyone but their virtual assistant.

Update on 5th August: The team has reached out today and confirmed that my order has been cancelled.

I haven’t placed my order yet, but I had to leave a review because the customer service has already been amazing! They’ve been super quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all my questions. It’s rare to find such responsive and friendly support—definitely a great first impression! Can’t wait to place my order.

The long wait paid off to 100%

My partner bought me an MX5 model for my birthday which I was so pleased with, until I started trying to build it. The instructions aren’t great and the blocks don’t hold together well at all. Every time I tried to push them together another part of the build came flying off. I’ve built many things like this in the past and never had any issues, however I have spent many hours trying to put this together, just for it to fall apart again when I’m nearly done. The idea and detail is really cool but it just doesn’t work and ends up with an extremely frustrating experience. I also had a piece missing which doesn’t help. Sadly I won’t be buying another one.

well design

I ordered 2 cars from them and both were super hard to build. Lots of pieces were missing in both orders, the pieces did not connect well at all. The slight amount of strength to connect makes it fall apart or break and the instructions are super hard to read as it’s a one big page with small images that you sometimes can’t tell where the piece goes. It’s quite a shame as this was supposed to be a gift for my partner and I ended up having to build them. Love the idea of this company but they need to work on the quality of their product and the measurements. I would not buy again and stick to the known brands out there.
