The order process was simple, customer service was great and my best friends loved the gifts that they received. Would definitely use build my gift in the future.

Would recommend 10x over! Excellent service from start with the website to delivery of the gift. Everything was fast and efficient, I added in a special request which was even added in when most companies would ignore that part.

Made someone very happy, can’t thank them enough.

Website ordering process was easy, email communication re parcel delivery also very good. Was disappointed that several of my chosen items were out of stock when building my gift however that may be due to our current crisis? Overall I was delighted at discovering this site.

Great idea to be able to build a gift and send in a gift box but it’s a pity that a lot of what I wanted to choose was out of stock.
Also it would help the person receiving the gift to be advised what was inside as the packing material hides what’s in there and some items nearly got thrown away.

The gifts were beautiful, but what was great was the delivery was super quick after I placed my order and I was communicated with via email every step of the way, from my order being received, parcel packed, estimate day of delivery and estimated time slot of delivery.

Parcel arrived on time but as it's a Christmas Present haven't seen inside so can not comment on it.

I came across build my gift on Instagram and it looked fantastic, website was easy to use and I was impressed by the product range. I ordered two boxes, delivery was quick and presentation was great. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
One thing I would mention was the packaging, I was a bit concerned about the amount of polystyrene puffs that was used to pack the cardboard boxes (which of course had to go in the bin) whilst I appreciate that the boxes are fragile but I think an alternative could be used to ensure that the waste is recyclable (not sure that polystyrene can be recycled). Overall, really pleased with my gift boxes!
