and save yourself time and money my experience with Buildrise was to instruct them to be my agent for a planning application for a new build bungalow I found them to be unqualified and inexperienced architects
This is why..1,The building Buildrise designed was bigger than the site plan after they had measured it
2, The planning officer notice this and asked Buildrise to change this before his decision they did not
3, A friend of mine payed Buildrise a deposit for some work which they did not start my friend asked back for the deposit and it has not been returned thay are reporting Buildrise to the appropriate authorities
as this looks like a scam
