We specialise in heritage construction: sensitive repairs and refurbishment of listed and period properties, including roofing, timber window restoration, lime repointing and structural works, alongside full new-build homes, extensions and whole-house renovations. We work closely with architects, conservation officers and structural engineers to deliver work that respects historic fabric and meets listed building consent, using traditional materials and skilled trades. From condition surveys and budget estimates through to completion, we manage every stage with clear communication and craftsmanship built to last.

Great work from Liam and the Buildtonic team

Before we met Liam and the Buildtonic team, we had been let down by our original builder. Too many issues that weren't fixed and it escalated to where we had to let them go. But up stepped Liam. What a breath of fresh air. Trustworthy, knowledgable, and keen to just do brilliant work. They've taken our self build and turned it into something truly amazing. Project management has been on point, communication nice and clear and the work has always been top notch. Any issues have always been dealt with, they've been open about little things that needed to be reworked or looked at, and my questions always answered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
